Well... several people came in and had an appointment which I understand but communicate if the wait will be an extended period. They put my feet in the water and I waited for 1 hour with my feet soaking. This was ridiculous and the failure to communicate is not acceptable. They know how long or should know how long the wait will be, then say something. The only reason I stayed is I was traveling the next day but if they would have communicated to come back in 1 hour instead of not saying anything left a very poor customer service experience. I could have easily came back 1 hour later. Since my feet were soaking I felt trapped and should have left after 30 minutes. I spoke to the manager and she apologized but I felt nothing would have changed. I will not go back. Advice is to communicate if wait will be an extended period, most people expect communication and will be patient if you are setting proper expectation. I cannot recommend this establishment.

My first experience was a fill, the next visit was a full set and deluxe pedicure. Today was my third time trying this salon and I had different techs this time. Tao did my fill with gel and was gentle, but also did everything necessary to keep me from my picking ways. I saw Natalie for a basic pedicure and she also went above and beyond. Their massage chairs are over the top amazing. The salon is clean and comfortable with lofi or other music playing and nature playing on the tv. Prices are very comparable to other salons, they have a discount if you pay cash. Don't skip out on this place!

I'm ticklish…read moreand I get restless legs if I sit for too long, but the technician powered through it with no eye rolling, sighs, sneers or snorts. That was a plus for me. But my manicure experience was an absolute NIGHTMARE. Nothing was done right: the shape was wrong (I kept requesting an almond shape that continued to stay straight), the gel polish was removed with tepid water in a plastic bag and a drummel (no acetone). The drummel was used for so long that 4 of my nails are very thin and soft now (my nails are normally very healthy). My nails were continuously trimmed with a fingernail clipper. It seemed as if using a nail file was taboo, so my nails ended up being trimmed almost back to the nail bed to get the right shape. My cuticles were not trimmed with a cuticle scissor, only a drummel was used, and the cuticle on 6 fingers was scraped raw and were sore. My nails were not washed/rinsed with water to remove nail and polish dust; an alcohol pad was used (imagine THAT on raw cuticles). The gel polish on both thumbs was not completed and is a sad, dull color rather than vibrant. To add insult to injury, I was in the salon for 3-1/2 hours (that's not a typo) for an appointment that was listed as a 70 minute appointment. It took about 4 days for my cuticles to heal, but my nails will take several weeks to grow back and be strong and healthy again. Too much damage was done, and I am NOT going back for a second round to give them a chance to "fix" what should have been done right in the first place.

She wanted the bottom half of her hair red and instead got a very thin layer of red that was applied more like a highlight using foil. Not what she wanted at all! Definitely NOT worth the insanely high price charged. Don't waste your money! We have received better services at the beauty school and for ALOT less money.

We scheduled another haircut with her for both our girls…read more We were concerned about cutting our youngest hair so short BUT Sherry really expressed how important and was and made us feel so comfortable. Sherry told us we need to keep getting her haircut every 6 weeks because of the blonde and how damaged her hair gets with sun and chlorine. Sherry also said she should sleep with a silk pillowcase to help prevent her hair grabbing and tangling at night. Then to braid her hair at night. Not to use any other hair ties but scrunchies. Buy moisturizer for her hair and put it in every day in middle and ends doesn't need to be at the top because her hair dries out a lot. Sherry said the cut is much better and will help her hair grow healthier, it won't break as quick if we do all the above. Finally Sherry said to also said before she goes in the pool to spray it down with water to prevent chlorine damage because her hair is so blonde. Sherry was so so informative and patient with both girls. We will forever be returning to Sherry! Thanks so much!
