Top to bottom, from scheduling phone call to out the door, everything about Studio 303 has made it my new salon, after one visit. I got an appointment within days of my call, and when I arrived I found a funky but functional, open and warm space. I was greeted immediately and offered water, tea, or wine, with a selection of teas to choose from, and while the receptionist was getting the hot water for my tea, Leah (I think) saw me standing by the front desk and made sure to ask if I was being helped. When I sat down with my stylist Sarah, I didn't know exactly what I wanted, and she took all the time we needed to talk to me about my hair and my preferences, and look through pictures to see what appealed to me. Where she really shined was talking about how different techniques would make my hair look, and how differences in my hair and the hair in the pictures would result in a slightly different result. The wash/condition was delightful with a great scalp massage, and I took advantage of the complimentary hand massage as well. I LOVE my new style, and love that the salon offers complimentary fringe trims in between cuts, and also has a loyalty program! How many non-chain salons do that? This is definitely my new place, and Sarah is my new fave. (Bonus: the music was a mix of classic and contemporary rock that was *right* in my wheelhouse.) read more

Following the closure of my former salon, I decided to look for another one located in Englewood. I thought it would be more convenient to find a quality color studio closer to my home, but I've gained so much more with Gabrielle Botta and the Studio 303 Salon. I've been a highly satisfied Client of Gabrielle for nearly a year, and I especially value the combination of her proficiency with color technology & styling, as well as her engaging personality that makes you feel at ease to sort out hair decisions (and perhaps catch up on daily life). No matter what spectrum of questions I've asked, Gabrielle clearly explains concepts with expertise, along with her personal insight. Studio 303 Salon's creative and relaxed atmosphere is also inviting, but always with professionalism. Water, tea, or a glass of wine are offered to welcome you, and my hands love the complimentary paraffin treatment. Their automated systems for appointments and transactions have also been very reliable and convenient. I recently visited Studio 303 for a color correction after trying to dye my hair myself, and let me tell you - the transformation was incredible! I had tried to go blonde on my own and, needless to say, things didn't turn out as planned. I called the salon and they were so accommodating, fitting me in for a consultation right away. The next day, I was in for my color correction and it was the best decision I made! The stylist who worked with me was so knowledgeable and really listened to what I wanted. She not only fixed my color but gave me a fresh, polished look that was even better than I imagined. The salon itself is immaculate - clean, organized, and super professional. Everyone there was so friendly, and I felt completely comfortable from start to finish. I love Studio 303! What a great Salon:) The decor is lovely and all of the stylists are so friendly making the atmosphere just what you want to feel relaxed and ready to be pampered! Every time I go I want to just hang out all day. I know about 303 because my longtime stylist, Sarah, is there now and I follow her everywhere...haha. I have really curly hair that is also thin, so it's a weird combo and can be a bit tricky. Nearly every other stylist I've tried does not listen to me about how my hair acts and just does what they think they should regarding curly hair, but Sarah listened to me and made it a point to get to KNOW my hair and works with it to achieve bouncy, full, and low maintenance perfection every time! She's a fantastic colorist too; always love her suggestions and the results. Sarah is the only stylist I really trust, so even though I live in NYC now, I still make it to see Sarah and the ladies of Studio 303 a couple of times a year:) read more

Love love love this place, and Sarah is awesome! As a natural blonde whose blonde color has gradually gotten less blonde and more mousey, I now am reduced to "helping" it stay "naturally blonde"! I am very particular about the color and shade of my blonde, not wanting it to be obvious that I'm doing anything to it, and I am so thrilled to have found Sarah! She absolutely knows what I am looking for, and every time she's cut and foiled me I've been so happy with the results. I especially love that she takes the time to ask questions before just cutting away, and you can tell that she is being super careful on the foils to make sure it turns out right. Awesome. ^^ If there is one word to describe my experience with 303, it would be 'awesome.' I really felt comfortable there, and the whole crew was not only professional, but funny too. I go to Studio 303 because that's where I can find Sarah, my go-to stylist. She is *very* good. At my latest visit, Sarah encouraged me to go shorter than I planned, and with a little more variation and daring that what I would have chosen. It looked great (if I do say so myself) and it has continued to look good as it grows out. She even politely suggested we use some wax to remove some wayward facial hair, and it was the right decision! I started using Leah before she opened her own studio. I always leave her feeling amazing. Leah has such a talent for knowing color and cut combinations that are most flattering for her clients. I would happily have followed her anywhere when she opened her own place. Leah has applied that innate artist ability into the design of her studio which I'd describe as Edwardian Outdoors. Walking in I can just imagine an Edwardian woman walking barefoot through a field of wildflowers. Leah has provided a open, friendly, relaxing, and beautiful space to relax and get your hair (nails, and face) done. Studio 303 has a feel of old world feminism without being overly girly, and is a comfortable space for women and men to indulge in a little pampering. read more

Personally I'm not the biggest fan of going to the salon, it's always crowded and never has a homey type feeling. I went to studio 303 because one of my old friends started working there and I wanted to support her! Her name is Kat, she's easy to point out, she has this incredible green hair, and I had found her not too long ago on instagram and wanted to reunite. Kat gave me the best haircut I have ever had. It made me feel so confident, not only did she cut my hair, but she toned it to a Carmel brown, which I am just obsessed with. As far as the salon goes, it is such a cool place, and the vibes there are immaculate. I 1000% recommend this place to anyone who's looking for some good conversation and a homey atmosphere. read more

This salon is amazing: the stylists, the products, the environment, it's all so great and welcoming. I got my hair bleached, cut, and colored not too long ago and i couldn't have asked for anything better. The color was great about not fading super fast, and even when it did it was done in such a way that still looked great as it faded. It was done by Janae who was amazing, super nice, great conversation, very professional, and above all, gave me exactly what I wanted. Ivey was also great and helped me at a later appointment to tame my blonde and was just as friendly and professional. I originally tried out 303 Salon because I saw a friend on Instagram post a picture of her beautiful "after" hair and just knew I had to try it! My sister is a hair stylist but unfortunately moved across the country, so my expectations were understandably very high. I've had my hair done by Alexis every time that I've gone so far and I absolutely love her work!! She's really great at listening to your wants/needs and making magic, I mean just look at my before and after pics!! I don't live in Denver otherwise I'd definitely be a more frequent client, but I make a point to have an appointment every time I'm in Denver. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed! read more

I started coming here after my hair was in desperate need for some love and care. I've been seeing Heidi for over a year now consistently for haircuts/color. Heidi hands down saved my hair and restored my confidence. Every visit is more than a pleasure. All of the staff members are so friendly and laid back. I met Leah around Denver's southside & starting regularly visiting her at Studio303. There's no one else that I'll let touch my hair. She really cares about what is going on in your life, and will have you feeling confident when you're done- after a few shaky life events (which at times has affected my hair growth), she has always been able to make me feel good from the inside out. I've been coming to Studio303 for 2-3 years now, in fact I recently moved states and still plan my trips home to get my hair done here! Everyone in the studio is amazing, but Heidi is the absolute best at her craft! Personally, I'm a die hard blonde and she always knows when/where to tone for different seasons. My hairstylist Gabrielle is the most AMAZING artist for vivid color I have ever had in my life, and I have been dyeing my hair different colors for over 15 years. She is a gem and I would seriously recommend her for any balayage and vivid color you may want. Her Instagram page is incredible and she has even been featured on Pulp Riot Hair for her unique style. I come out to Denver twice a year for at least two months to visit my daughter. I get my hair done weekly and had a difficult time trying to find someone do my hair until I went to Studio 303. I am very particular and have been going to my hairdresser back East for over 10 years Heidi started doing my hair and does a tremendous job. I make sure I book her when I know I am coming to town. Heidi was fantastic! I scheduled back to back appointment for my son and I, and she did an amazing job! My son has shoulder length hair and she gave him the best cut he has ever had. She put in some layering so it wouldn't tangle so badly and took some weight out on the ends. I have curly hair and like to have a shorter hair style, Heidi gave me a beautiful cut. I have been going to this amazing salon since the day it opened! The staff is super friendly, always smiling and you can tell that they enjoy what they do! I have been to many salons throughout the years and Studio 303 knocks it out of the park with experience. I love this place. It's a fun little modern salon with kind and sharp employees. I usually go in to see Janae and am never disappointed. She has done color from blonde to dark brown on me, fun extensions, cuts, updos, and moisturizing treatments. Her extension process is FLAWLESS and the least painful sew in extensions I've ever had. I'll start off by saying I am very particular with my hair and have struggled in the past with finding the right stylist! Gabrielle far exceeded my expectations, she gave my a fabulous natural looking balayage and went as far as to give me personal tips on how to style/care for my hair and what products to use while she was doing my hair.
