In an emergency, these ladies rescued us! On the day of a special event, our stylist flaked and I immediately got on yelp looking for the best. I tried different salons and all of them said no without prior appointments. I called Salon Palazzo and they way they answered the phone was so calming - especially because I was freaking out! The woman on the phone said "you're in luck" and put me down for three times with the rest of my party! We got there and got treated so nicely- and it wasn't just us, the rest of the customers coming in were treated beautifully as well. We were offered coffee and water and even a pillow- because I was falling asleep ( I'd been up since 4:30 waiting for my stylist)! I absolutely loved the service! Shea was my mom and cousin's' stylist. She made them both look absolutely beautiful! My mom always has trouble with stylist doing the look she wants and Shea rocked it! My mom was absolutely happy with her look! I had Caitlyn who did some beautiful curls on my long locks of hair! The salon was pretty busy when we got there at 9, so I would highly recommend making an appointment. We got in there with pure luck without one! When I come back to Colorado, I will definitely come back to this salon! read more

I am not quite sure what went wrong but I went in for a cut and color with Shea, and I loved my cut and color at the time I left the salon. But with the first wash on the 3rd day, it looked like the color washed out. I waited a few more days, trying to decide what to do and got a 2nd opinion from another hair person who agreed that the color hadn't taken. A weeks worth of texting back and 4th with Shea, and then another week before she could get me in. Needless to say, it was now 3 weeks out and her response was that it was normal out grow. She did redo the color but it was an awkward, quiet hour. The color took and lasted the normal 4 weeks so can't say what happened. I will not be going back, and I got the impression I wasn't welcome to come back. Too bad, cause I loved my hair cut and the end result of color. read more

Well run salon, excellent hairdressers. Always clean, professional and friendly. Haircuts , color, highlights , nail services - highly recommend you give them a call . The best salon in Littleton! read more

Salon Palazzo is a wonderful salon. My stylist is Lauren Hill and she is an expert in color and cut. I always leave feeling beautiful and my hair always looks fantastic! read more

I came in for braids as it's an offered service and she was so nice, but honestly it's not something they should. Say is provided. She braided my hair wet which left it tiny, flat and plastered to my head. It didn't look like the photo I provided. I wasn't upset, just would have preferred her to say truthfully it wasn't something she could do. read more

This was my first time at Salon Palazzo and also with Katie, my new stylist! I really like the salon; convenient, online appointments and also text/email reminders. Very reasonable price for a wash, cut, dry and style! Katie gave a nice consult and listened to my answers to her questions. Made me very happy and I love the cut! read more

I just got my hair done by Katie Brenner here and have been going to her for about 6 months now and she never fails to impress me. This last time I wanted my roots to blend more with the rest of my hair and just get an overall natural feel. Katie then tried a new technique on me with a double process. First covering up the red in my hair then doing a complete highlight lowlight of my entire hair. It took about 4 hours but I was so happy with the results. I didn't even care that it took this long because I knew Katie was taking her time to make sure it was absolutely perfect. She's awesome and not afraid to try new things. I love seeing her passion for her work and that she is so focused and excited about what she does. I plan to go to her for many years to come! read more

Many years ago I had a bad experience getting my hair cut, and it scarred me for life. Long story short I waited a year and a half to get my most recent hair cut. We moved across town and I was unsure of where to go. My significant other recommended Salon Palazzo because he has been getting his hair cut there for 10+ years. He recommended Lisa McNitt because he has been getting his hair cut by her since he started going there. I finally made an appointment to get my hair trimmed. I have really long hair and I knew I was going to lose some length because of how long I had waited. I was impressed that I actually did not lose as much as I had anticipated. Lisa did an excellent job and my hair looks wonderful. I already have my next hair cut scheduled in July, so I do not fall back into the bad habit of not going again. I really like their text reminders and e-mail reminders of the appointments. I would like to think I keep good track of my calendar, but that is not the case. The reminders are helpful, and convenient. They offer a number of different services, including nail services. I might check it out the next time I go in. read more

If you are looking for the best salon experience - look no further! In the waiting room you can help yourself to coffee or tea, and the salon itself is clean and comfortable. Everyone there is so kind and welcoming. Hannah has been doing my hair for years and I'm always so amazed with how my hair turns out. She's the best! Also, if you purchase any of the products in their lobby, you get a stamp card that will save you money on your next purchase! Woo hoo! read more

I just got a haircut with Dayna Williams today. It was the worst haircut ever:-( She seemed very nice and friendly and patience but her haircut skills are not professional at all. She might be new or something since she charged cheaper than other people. I felt very disappointed with my haircut. Next time I will definitely try someone else who is more professional and skilled. read more

Getting your hair done when you're out of town can be very unnerving. I was pleasantly surprised today when Caitlyn Richardson, a new stylist at the salon, did an incredible job. She deserves oodles of clients! read more

I was very happy with the quality haircut I receoved from Catlin. She was on time and asked a number of questions regarding how i liked my hair cut. I am from another state and needed a haircut. I would go back again. read more

Dayna was able to fit me into her schedule after there was a mix up with my regular salon. She listened to what I wanted to have done and delivered to my satisfaction! She was professional and the hour and 1/2 appointment went by quickly. I have found my new stylist on a fluke! read more

Amber and Stina are wonderful. I've been to few salons over the years because I'm very particular about who cuts my hair. Amber matched my natural color perfectly. Stina did my eyebrow tint and lashes exceptionally well. I'm very pleased. Thank you ladies!! read more

It's been about a year since I moved to Texas & I'm yet to find a salon I love as much as this place. My poor nails have suffered a big loss, Terra is by far the best manicurist I've ever met. She's creative, super clean, punctual & fun to talk to. She uses high quality products & takes her time when doing a mani or pedi, you definitely get more than what you pay for. I highly recommend her! read more

Becky P. was amazing! She gave me probably the best haircut, color and highlights I have ever had! She listened to what I wanted, took into account my hair type and my lack of wanting to "play" with it every morning and my hair turned out perfect. She was fast and precise. I am new to town and I found the salon/Becky on yelp. I will be a customer for life! read more

Beth has been doing my hair for several years. My husband, son, and daughter also see her. We all go to her for cuts, color, and special occasions. My cut and color is always perfect and she is very good at telling me what cut and color works with my face shape, skin and hair type (super thick and stubborn). Before going to Beth my daughter would refuse to let anyone do anything to her hair. Now she is always asking for Beth to do her hair even if it doesn't need to be done. The salon is clean and everyone is friendly. I really appreciate the ability to schedule appointments online and get text reminders of upcoming appointments. read more

Caitlyn is an amazing hairstylist and puts so much care and hard work in with her clients!

Went to Shea, she was awesome! I haven't dyed my hair in years but she understood exactly what I wanted. Love my new hair, highly recommend her! Salon is really nice too. read more

I had my first appointment with Dana. The service overall was really good and I'd recommend it to friends. Dana did a great job with my highlights, they popped without being overdone. I will definitely go back to her. Good pricing too. Very convenient they had online appointments too. read more

Am new to the are and found Salon Palazzo on Yelp. I was surprised how quickly I was able to get an appointment. I previously called a different salon and you can only leave a message - no one ever called me back. Beth was the stylist that cut my hair. I had been going to the same hair stylist in San Francisco for 15 years so was worried about finding someone new. I told Beth I wanted and she was able to cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. Also, since she is a native to CO, she was so helpful in giving me tips on how to get around! read more

Very friendly staff with no attitude and excellent hairstylists. Lisa McNitt is great with color and perms on long hair. Highly recommended!! read more

Shop was nicely decorated and clean. Staff friendly. Busy place. Caitlin did a great job on my hair cut. Definitely recommend.

Just tried Salon Palazzo for the first time and definitely will be back. Salon has a contemporary and friendly vibe, and stylist Shea did a great job with both color and cut. Also appreciate the ease of making appointments online. Great experience! read more

Went here because of the reviews, and actually had a good experience with Corrine. Then when I went to make another appointment a few months later, she called me the day of and cancelled my appt b/c she was sick. We rescheduled for the following week (she only works Weds), but had to cancel since my husband had to work late and there was no one to watch my daughter. She called me the next day and rudely told me that she can no longer accept me as a client because I cancelled twice on her (??) Umm.. No she cancelled me once! This to me is not very professional at all and because of that I will not even go to another person at this salon if this is how they conduct business! read more

I was leaving the gym next door and walked into Salon Palazzo for the first time. I sat down at Katie Brenner's station and after a really thorough conversation i felt complete trust and clear plan on what Katie was going to do with my hair. Next it was off to the shampoo bowl. After almost falling asleep, I was taken back to her chair and given probably one of the best haircuts I've had in a long time. She gave me the cutest just below chin length bob. I've never had a stylist take the time to detail as much as she did. My hair looks absolutely perfect. I've already set up an appointment next week for her to color my hair and I can't wait! I found my new and forever stylist... read more

Katie has been doing my hair for a year now and I'm comfortable enough to tell her to do whatever she wants! Last time I came in she gave me the A-line bob I've always wanted but have never been able to get a hairstylist to do the way I had in mind. She's fantastic!! read more

Had a haircut with Maggie. The best precision haircut I've ever had. It's really hard to cut Asian hair..she definitely knows what she's doing. Even knows the lingo I've been waiting to hear. Anyhow she delivers the best results using very modern technique. Also people friendly, not stuffy in this salon. Will definitely go back to her read more

This was a first time visit for me after being loyal to another salon in Texas. I called a week prior to my appointment and spent about 15 minutes on the phone explaining what I wanted and making sure all was clear with the receptionist. I was just sent home from my appointment because I was booked with a stylist that does not provide that service. Will never be back and am so frustrated with the lack of attention I was given. They tried to book me out with someone else a week later and double the price that I was quoted over the phone. I'm so disappointed and had to scramble to find an appointment that same day as I was leaving town the next day. I ended up at Modefi Salon...explained what I wanted over the phone (a simple toner on my base! Palazzo treated this like I was asking for brain surgery!) and they got me in within an hour. The service took 15 minutes. I will never be back to palazzo. read more

Hannah is my girl!! She is consistently excellent, and my hair still looks great even if I go months between cuts. When strangers stop me just to say how great my hair looks, I know I have a phenomenal stylist. Thanks, Hannah! read more

I refer to Katie Brenner as my hair GODDESS!! Listen up ladies, you want to go to Katie, she's a PRO, she pays attention to detail and she will take care of you. My experience with salons have not been pretty. Stylists say " Oh, I can match your natural color" I had GREEN hair when I approached Katie's chair from a stylist that called herself a professional..(horrible experience). When I left Katie for the first time my hair looked beautiful and I was so happy with it. She took the time to explain that getting the green out would happen right away, but to fix my hair color from a brunette back to my natural blonde color would be a PROCESS. When I went to Katie back in December for the second part of my process she turned me away. Wait? What? Yes! turned me away and I have SO much respect for her for doing this. Katie cared more than anything about taking care of my hair than putting money in her pocket. My hair was still so damaged from the prior stylist that I had to condition and nurture my hair for a few months. If she would have colored it in December, I would have had major breakage and instead of mid-back length hair, would have probably left the salon with a pixie cut. Now- my process is about complete. I will not allow anyone else to touch my hair. Katie is my angel and she can be yours too. Don't like something? She will take the time to fix it! Want bright purple streaks? she's your girl. The industry is very competitive but Katie is unlike any of the stylists you've been to. She spends countless hours continuing her education so she is up to date on all of the new trends and styles. She will color/fix/cut your hair in a way you will LOVE and you will be happy that you saw her. She makes your chair time comfortable and relaxes you with a nice scalp massage with your shampoo/conditioner. Coming from me....a gal who's been through the ringer with stylists.. I will make the one hour drive for a trim/color because Katie makes every experience worth it and she genuinely cares. You will not be disappointed. Katie Brenner knows her sh**! read more

I've been seeing Kat at Salon Palazzo for a number of years. I followed her from another Salon. She is excellent at her job, great sense of humor, she's fast and keeps detailed notes on my specific requests. One of the first things the receptionist asks when I walk in is if I'd like a cup of coffee or tea. It's relaxing, friendly and feels like old home day each time I go in. I really appreciate the confirmation texts I get a couple of days before my appointment. When I make my appointment, I immediately get a text with the date and time. One less worry. I highly recommend this Salon. read more

Worst experience I've ever had at a salon. My hairdresser was Kat. I have blonde hair and needed highlights. After she completed my highlights my hair still had too inches of roots that were very obvious and with very little blonde highlights. She insisted it was normal to have this much roots. When I got home, it became obvious she did not do a good job. I called her back that day to let her know my hair was too dark, she was very annoyed and abrupt with me on the phone and stated she could put a few more highlights in if I wanted. I booked an appointment for 8 weeks later, since she was so annoyed with me, living with it, hoping that I would get used to the color. I did not. I spoke with her on the phone again she was very rude and cancelled my appointment. Having your hair done is costly. It should be a relaxing enjoyable experience. The experience I had was awful. I don't need to be treated in this manner when I paid money for a service. Their are many other stylists and salons available that I'm sure appreciate paying customers. I don't need the grief. read more
