The employee was helpful and friendly at the facility was clean. The only thing more I could ask for is some free wifi to help me while away the (pretty short) time it took me to do my laundry. I will be going back and trying out their dry cleaning, and for enough compliments, I might even check out a tanning bed.

Lighting is dark, room is very echo-y and cramped, and though it does have more machines it has a much smaller variety. I believe this building is now owned by who owns Mr. B's, so I will be interested in seeing if that place improves later on. Very friendly, helpful, and informative staff, a great selection of affordable and effective machines, a relatively clean establishment, free wifi, good lighting, and good heating/cooling. I scheduled my appointment on September 12. Found out the next day I had to go out of town for work for several weeks, not knowing when I could reschedule. I called Monday September 16th and left a message explaining I needed to cancel. Followed up September 19, day before the appointment to confirm it was cancelled and it was not. They will not reimburse me and I only have until October 12 to use the sessions, which will not work for me. So I asked for a credit for a single tanning session and was told their system does not work that way. Which I know is not true. Bad business. Updating review:…read more Lost 3 stars due to poor customer service. In May, I asked to cancel my tanning for the month of July. I was told I couldn't do that until the last day of May. So I marked on my calendar May 31 to cancel. I promptly called that day to cancel, & was then told I had to come in to cancel. Seriously? I wasn't in the area & was unable to come in. I said, "I'll be there tomorrow." June 1, I arrive in the morning in person at their latest request to cancel the tanning for the month. "Oh, we've already charged your card for the whole month of June." EXCUSE ME???? It was charged at 2 am last night I'm told. I told her to cancel the charge. She said she can't do that. Of course you can. It's a bank card, cancel it. They refused. I paid for an extra month I won't be using. What a scam! The lady heard me and told me the first tan was free, and then showed me that I can sign up for texts and get another free tan. There was no mention of memberships or pricing or anything. I signed my little waiver and within 5 minutes got into a bed. She also gave me her recommendations, as I burn super easily, and I actually didn't come out burnt! It was super clean and I really liked the vibe of the room! Solely because of this treatment, I'll never go to another tanning salon, and I'm more than happy to come back often and pay full price! I completely understand that businesses need to make money and a profit, but this marketing is better than just handing someone a list of prices and trying to convince them to choose the most expensive one.
