This is my 2nd time getting these horrible brows and eyeliner taken off from 15 years ago somewhere else and hated them ever since. Ute used special care and precise laser tattoo removal and didn't charge me a fortune like most places quoted me. I am so happy with finally getting these corrected, I llive looking in the mirror now. no read more

Struktur Studio - 2nd time removing 15-year-old brow & eyeliner tattoos. Ute was precise, caring & affordable--finally getting rid of brows I've hated! - Hair Salons Near Me - Calgary, Alberta

I have been really happy with the consultations all the way through to the finished products! I have had the pleasure of having my eye brows done, a pedicure, my hair coloured and cut as well as a new procedure, scalp microblading. Thank you Struktur! read more

I was very impressed with the work of Sabine. She did my hair in what I call a transformation. She offered suggestions which several people have already complimented me. I usually use a no frills shop but she has converted me. She stayed late to look after me, even allowing business calls to be answered. read more

I purchased a groupon for a facial/pedicure/manicure and was really excited to redeem it as it was advertised as vegan and organic etc... Only had 6 colours to choose from, but had more if you chose a non-vegan friendly polish... Paid extra to have french tips put on which seemed to bother the technician (even though I'm paying extra for it) as it's time consuming for her... All in all I left fairly satisfied... Less than a week later, the nails started pulling up all along the sides and edges... By the time 2 weeks had passed, they had all fallen off except for the thumbs... Also at the time of purchase i was offered a few other services at a discounted rate so I chose the minky eyelashes at a steal of a deal for $20 as long as you pre-pay..! I came back a few months later to redeem them and chose the singles because I heard its a more natural look... As we're about halfway through the first eye, it gets mentioned that she's using synthetic lashes instead of minky as they get better customer reviews apparently..?! Anyway, once they're finished, i really liked the look of them so I wasn't upset... --Until I went to pay and she informs me that the "offer" was only for a discounted eyelash ***FILL*** and not the whole procedure (which was not made clear to me AT ALL!) I was charged full price minus the $20 that I had already paid months earlier... Ok, not how I'd run my business, but I'm still understanding so I pay (with generous tip), book another appointment for a fill in a few weeks and leave... It's been less than 2 weeks and over half of them have fallen out... I do not wear makeup, so it's not due to any oily based products etc... It has left me with bald spots in my lashes as she actually used a combination of ***CLUSTERS*** and singles instead of just singles as i had reqested... Clusters require more than one eyelash to cling to in order to support them so as these are falling out so are my eyelashes... I will not be returning to Struktur... read more

I visited struktur studeo today and I was greeted by friendly staff, offer of coffee and to take my coat. I had my brows waxed and my lip. I was impressed that the technician took the time to measure my brows to make them perfect. I also tried a new technique to have a couple of skin tags removed with a new laser tool. There was a really cool facial tightening system that used a mask that used ultra violet lights. I like that they are keeping up with the new trends that are avail. read more

love these ladies and this place!!! Incredible services!

I have been here several times and have had nothing but fantastic service. Not pushy at all but extremely informative about options that I could choose that would benefit me individually. When it came down to deciding the options of either one or the other she was happy to recommend what to start with and was able to give me the promotion that ran the previous month to save me some money. Ute thank you for making me beautiful you and younger looking and giving me my confidence back. I'm a lifer ! read more

This business is truly rewarding. As you enter, the welcoming begins. Client service is excellent. I highly recommend to all ages and I have observed both men and women make return appointments. Congratulations. read more

I used one of the groupon coupons to get a facial, pedicure and manicure. The coupon said it was worth $200.00 and I paid $50. The facial was ok but not as good as others I have had. There was no steam or extractions and it only took 20 minutes. The pedicure was good but there weren't a lot of colour choices. The gel nails were a problem for me though. When I left there was gel on my cuticles and some of the skin around my nails. She also put a lot of gel on top but not on the sides of my nail so you can see a bit of a colour differance. The staff were great -really friendly and it is possible they do more if you don't get the facial through a coupon but based on the value of the actual services I wouldn't go back. read more

NOT impressed with this studio at all. This place will go down as one of my worst salon experiences. Walk in and I sit down...no one offers me a drink or to take my jacket but I get in pretty fast for my brow appt. Not surprised since they are not very busy and I have only seen older people go there. I tell the lady who I believe is the owner to keep my brows FULL just clean up the stray hairs. I had my brows dyed as well so she could see all the smaller hairs. Well she's waxing and waxing and tweezing and tweezing. Shows me my brows and I wanted to walk out. I could not believe it but she turned my brows into "sperm brows" those outdated super thin brows from the 90's. They were horrible and not even the same shape as each other. To make matters worse I had a scab from her butchering them. I should have known better since she has barely any brows. I ended taking a photo and posting it on facebook so people could see just how bad it was. Lesson learned wait for my regular brow lady when she is a little too busy and never go to someone who doesn't have nice eyebrows themselves! I will NEVER go back. read more

I have been using Fedora as my stylist for years. She is great and really takes the time to fuss with my hair. I love the way she does colour; I always leave feeling beautiful. She really plays around with several different shades to make my hair look natural and interesting. I get lots of compliments and would recommend her as a stylist to anyone. The ladies who do the manicures and pedicures are great as well...as is the lady who does my laser hair removal. It is an amazing thing. I have waxed my legs all of my life and hate having to go back every 3 to 4 weeks. The laser seems to be working so much better as my legs hardly have any hair left and I have only had 3 treatments. Well worth it. Overall, I would highly recommend this salon. Everyone is highly skilled, friendly and creative.... but I especially think Fedora is great! What a great name she has as well! read more

The decor and the location are excellent which is a shame because everything else about my visit was not. In fact I have never been so insulted at a studio before. As I was obtaining a service from one of the staff members another staff member made comments about my appearance. I was both embarrassed and humiliated. I am not sure why that person felt the need to interrupt the conversation I was having with the lady that was helping me but it was uncalled for, unnecessary and unprofessional. Salons should be the type of place that you can go to improve your appearance and enhance your sense of self-worth not diminish it. Last time I checked one doesn't have to dress in their Sunday best to get their hair done. Maybe they treat regulars better than walk-ins? Regardless I will not return. read more

My husband has been getting his hair cut at this salon for years and loves it!! My stylist retired so he recommended I try here. Its a small studio which is great because you know your not getting out the door you go kinda service. I checked out what they had to offer and proceeded to talking with the stylist to get some ideas of what she could do with this crazy long curly thick hair I have. I liked her advise and booked my appointment for color & cut. When I came in for my appointment I was greeted by the friendly desk lady who guided me to where to change into an overcoat. While my color was processing I thought I could use a little tlc on my tired feet and was offered a pedicure in the private pedicure room, so nice and relaxing after a long day and what great way to do two things at once, who ever thought.... My hair looked and felt great and my feet so refreshed. I've continued with this group of lovely ladies I have referred a number of friends here too! Now I always get my hair, nails, waxing, eyelash perming all other as well & next on my list is the new body contouring treatments that they offer, can't wait to shed those extra pounds and then some I gained during the holidays. For those not going here they are the ones missing out, thank you and luv ya sistas! read more

I recently got my hair cut here and am horrified by the results. My hairdresser did not listen to me at all and refused to cut my bangs because she thought they looked okay (they don't they're far too long). Would not recommend, far too pricy for the results would have had better luck at a super cuts. read more
