We are having to delay our remodeling project till next year, so I will update this review with…read moremore info when we move forward, but Teamwork Home Designs already deserves a resounding 5 Stars, and is absolutely who we would want to move forward with. Avi was an absolutely delight. Fast, clear communication before the initial meeting. Very thoughtful approach in our initial meeting. So many images from their highly impressive portfolio to help us think through options. Excellent examples of communication and workflow from previous projects. Instantly ready to share previous customers we could reach out to for references. A really good balance between sharing his ideas for our project, but also really listening to our feedback on what we wanted/invisoned. All the right insights for how to keep us in budget, and very generous with (we can add this/that for little/no extra costs since we're already doing XYZ). We mainly requested a bid on two projects (Kitchen and Primary Bathroom) and help deciding the scope for the remainder of our projects (Flooring, Guest Bath, Office, Patio, Etc.). We were very impressed with how realistic, but also open-minded he was with what portion of our "bonus" projects we could fit in. The formal quote came in fast after our initial meeting, was easy to follow, and fairly priced. Found the proposed timeline to be very well balanced for efficiency vs realism. Appreciated the suggestions provided for if we should/could "live-in" during the remodel vs. a timeline that would allow the bulk of the work to overlap with a time that we were going to be out of town already. Also insights on what it would be worth "buying in advance" to take advantage of sales, even if the actual work was delayed. We got a few quotes and would have felt confident moving forward with any of them when the time came, but the quality of their portfolio and Avi's attentive listening definitely put Teamwork Home Designs at the top of the list. Can't wait to work with them in the future.

My experience with this company was disappointing. Before hiring, I recommend asking to speak with…read moreprior clients and reviewing completed projects similar to the scope of work you are considering. The team appeared comfortable working on bathroom renovations; however, the shower diverter was not installed correctly, which caused the handle to be improperly aligned. We later hired a licensed plumber to inspect and correct the issue. Overall, the quality of work did not meet our expectations. Some aspects of the workmanship appeared rushed, and based on our experience, I would recommend exercising caution with detail-oriented tasks such as wood staining, drywall, painting, or door hardware installation. This project did not go as smoothly as anticipated, and I would not choose to work with this company again.

For our small business, what should have been a simple series of small hoops to jump through became a full-on nightmare, with us being sent on a wild goose chase of emailing, calling, video conferencing with people in permitting. We were given completely different answers at every turn, and none of the other permit expediting services we contacted responded to our pleas for help. Except for CB. He knows the ins and outs of permitting in Austin, he's personable and honest, he's not here to rip anyone off, and he makes you feel like he's on your team during a very stressful process where it seems like everyone else's job is to make your life hard. I hired NXT Construction to remodel my duplex in Copperas Cove, and the entire experience was…read moreextremely disappointing. From the beginning, I was told certain items were included in the project, but later almost everything became a "change order" or an upcharge. They're cheap. They used left over materials for my condo renovation. Even simple requests suddenly became "too expensive," which made the process feel misleading and inconsistent. The quality of the work does not reflect the money I paid. The job was definitely rushed, many important details were left incomplete, and the results did not match what was promised. Concerns I raised--such as mold issues and specific finish requests like quartz countertops--were dismissed or avoided, and nothing was handled with the level of professionalism I expected. To make matters worse, one of my front screen doors went missing during the project and was never addressed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I feel the work performed did not justify the cost, their communication was unreliable, and their business practices lacked integrity. I strongly encourage others to choose a different contractor. Save your money.
