We hired them to open up the first floor of our Cape Cod, and they completely helped me re-imagine the space taking down several walls to create a true open-concept layout. Along the way they installed new hardwood floors across the entire first floor, redid our shower, replaced both toilets, moved our washer and dryer, and prepped all the groundwork for our kitchen renovation. The craftsmanship throughout was outstanding. The part that really earned our trust is they delivered on what they promised AND THEN SOME! They finished within the estimate they quoted, and they were remarkably fast and efficient without ever cutting corners. Glen and his crew went above and beyond at every turn. His entire team was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with from the first day to the last. I would name them all here because I've gotten to know them personally, but I'll let you experience it first hand! If you're nervous about hiring a contractor (and who isn't?), Procraft is the team that will restore your faith. We could not be happier and will absolutely be calling them for our next project.

I'm happy to say that I felt comfortable and safe having Gramworks workers in my house. I wish I found them before. They were professional and polite. In all my dealings with him he has been honest, thorough and takes pride in his work. I've worked with many contractors in the past (both commercial and residential) and I can't say enough about quality of the work that he and his staff produce . You may be considering a less expensive contractor, but I would tell you that in the end, whatever the marginal difference is in cost, you'll save yourself plenty of headache, time and money knowing that the job was done right the first time. Don't waste your time working with an unreliable or unscrupulous contractor. Anthony is honest and will not fail to deliver. He does not cut corners. He is fully licensed and maintains a clean worksite and finishes the job(s) on or ahead of schedule. The work was stellar and he provided good guidance and suggestions along the way. I'm already looking to work on more projects with him.
