Was told to bring it with the stylus so they could check that for battery drain. Stylus was not returned. Communication through the entire process was painful. I had to call multiple times and even get an advocate involved. Didn't help much. Replaced battery with generic so I get error messages from the laptop. Out almost $400 by time I had to replace the stylus, didn't have the laptop for 3 weeks and now I have a whole 15 minutes extra battery life. Extremely disappointing.

Well, you are the insurance repair shop and I'm sure you deal with this on a regular basis, i just wanted guidance on how to proceed. I was very kind to these people and was rather taken aback at the rude comment and lack of business acumen from a repair technician who really should be there to give you help. I don't believe he cares about his job at all, or at least did not make me feel like he did, which is sad.
