We are new to the area, and passed Strings Attached by chance. My husband needed a new racquet, and so we stopped in. Imran was amazing! He asked us questions about my husband's game and preferred feel in a racquet, and then he recommended one. He gave us the run down on some of the other racquets, but we went with the one he suggested. It was perfect. He even waived the rush fee on the stringing. There's something that made us feel very easy as soon as we walked in the door. Imran answered a plethora of questions and was very generous with his time. Plus, at no point did we ever feel like he was upselling us, trying to convince us that the more expensive options were better for us. In fact, he was suggesting the best one for my husband was $50 cheaper than the other one! He was realistic and honest -- and that's so rare these days. Having played with the racquet, my husband couldn't be happier. We were given sound advice, prices were very reasonable and the service was top class. I have just picked up my racquet from Strings Attached, after having it restrung. This is the only place I go for my tennis needs now. read more

I have driven by this place a bunch of times and finally decided to stop in yesterday and I'm really glad that I did. This place is awesome, they have a great selection and the owner is really friendly and knowledgeable. Most of all I appreciated the fact that he was really honest and even suggested that I might not need new a tennis racket at all instead of trying to make a few bucks off of me. He even put a new grip on my old racket for no charge. I visited strings attached over other similar places based solely on my fellow yelper's reviews. I wasn't disappointed. Imran answered all my questions with ease and set me up with 3 demo rackets. I returned the rackets one day late and told him I liked one particular one, but wasn't entirely sure. Most pro shop's would try to persuade a customer at this point. He told me I don't want you buying a racket until your completely sure, and let me keep the racket another week! Customer service like that earned him a lifelong customer. Lastly I checked the prices, and for rackets and stringing they were the same as online specials on tennis warehouse. What more can you ask for? read more

I have gotten my squash racket strung here quite a few times. The owner is a very knowledgeable person. He asked me about my game, and if I wanted a durable string, or one that is not as durable but plays better. I opted for the latter...and it seemed my racket had transformed into something completely new and awesome! I would recommend anyone who gets a squash racket to immediately dump the factory string, and get it restrung by a professional (e.g. at Strings Attached). Earlier I used to get my strings done at sports authority, but they really do not know how to string a squash racket. I would recommend Strings Attached for this. read more

This shop came highly recommended from the Squash Club at my university. I got my squash racquet restrung from them. I wanted to get the technifibre 305 (known to many as the green colored string) but it was out of stock. The person doing the restringing recommended Gamma Live Wire XP 18. He said he is using the same string on his racquets. I was offered money back guaranteed if I don't like the strings. Been playing with this string for about a week and they are fantastic.
