No call back. Called the next day. No answer. Left a message. No call back. Therefore did not have the apparel I needed for my performance and still have no idea where it is. After over a month, it's not even worth trying any longer. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time.

I told them to go ahead and ship the one that was in stock (they cancelled the other item). The item arrived damaged sometime well into September. I don't know why I bothered to send it back... at this point it seems like more work that it is worth to fight for a refund.
