My husband was looking for a…read morecomfortable pair of shoes for our upcoming trip to Japan, and with his size 13 wide feet, finding the right fit isn't always easy. What really impressed us was that Jordan didn't just start pulling shoes off the shelf. He first took the time to ask my husband what he needed, what was most important to him, and what he would be using the shoes for. Based on that conversation, he suggested several different options and explained why each might be a good fit. We ended up going with the On Cloud shoes he recommended, and they were perfect. It was honestly refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cared about helping us find the right shoe instead of just making a sale. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and we really appreciated it. Jordan was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process - my husband had a ton of questions :) ohh and pricing was actually lower than the OC website!
