I spoke with the sales team, agreed on the price, and authorized a credit pull to begin the financing process. I repeatedly offered a deposit, which they refused to take while assuring me the truck was held for me. Spoke with Doug everyday and Andre ran credit After waiting four days for their bank to respond, they notified me I was approved--but then immediately hiked the price to $14,995, claiming the original price was a "mistake." They refused to honor the agreed-upon price even though they had already run my credit for the lower amount. I have screenshots showing the truck was even marked as "SOLD" at the $11,995 price point before they changed it. Unprofessional and dishonest. I took my business elsewhere and bought a truck from a dealer that honors their word.

This dealer has GREAT reviews on Cargurus, Yelp, Google and Facebook so I figured I'd give it a shot. I called and asked if the car was still available and they said it was and that I can come test drive it. I got there and test drove 2 cars with absolutely no problem, he just needed a copy of my license. I decided to purchase the original car I came for. The sticker price was $4500 and all I needed to pay was $4500 via bank check. There was absolutely no other fees I had to pay directly to TC Auto Repair. Next, I had to get car insurance and get their auto insurance stamp/signature on the RMV Title and Registration form. I went and got Geico and they provided me with a prefilled auto insurance stamp/signature for the Title/Reg Form. I had to go back to TC Auto Repair for them to sign the dealer's portion of the Title/Reg form. TC Auto Repair had originally pre-filled and signed the form and it just needed the auto insurance's signature/stamp but for whatever reason Geico had to print their own version causing me to back travel for the dealer's signature. Then I had to go to the RMV with the completed form. I didn't have to make an appointment, I was able to just walk in. Took about 1 hour but it was to be expected as a walk-in. I had to pay the MA RMV about $75 for the title, $60 for the registration certificate and close to 7% of the vehicle's purchase value as sales tax. I was then handed the actual license plate. I was surprised I got actual plates on the spot because all of my cars in California, I'd get temporary plates (or no plates at all) and had to wait a week or two for the plates to arrive in the mail. The last step was for me to get the inspection sticker. I was ready to take the car to a local mechanic for inspection stickers. However, TC Auto Repair hooked me up with a free inspection and it took only about 15 minutes. The car passed the inspection and received an inspection sticker. I was done with the entire process and was able to go home. It's only been a day with the car but so far so good. I've had nothing but a great experience with TC Auto Repair and Sales. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. I'll probably be looking here first if I need a new car in the future.

Problems can be dangerous and expensive. Always, always get your RV (yes, even a small camper travel trailer!) inspected before purchase, and on regular intervals during its lifetime. The owners might seem nice and profess easy usage and all the maintenance, but there are often problems lurking. Next, who do you get to do this? There are plenty of uncertified imposters out there, with minimal knowledge and experience. Trust a pro, an actual highly experienced, certified professional like Jim. He was amazing, friendly, and informative through the process. Great rapport with us (the buyers) and the sellers. Thorough job and report. He found a propane leak the owners weren't aware of! It could have been disastrous. Jim performed the service requested, and went above and beyond in every way. His price was great, especially considering the huge cost of repair we could have had if we didn't know about the things he uncovered and even the small problems turned into big ones! In 20 minutes, they did basic car checks (tire pressure, checking the battery, air filters, etc) and changed my oil. When they did check my filters, they took them out and showed them to me directly how clean or dirty they were. At the end, they also showed me the dipstick for the engine oil to show that they filled it up. I appreciated this since I know people are weary of being scammed or ripped off by mechanics. They were professional and while they did recommend some optional work be done for an additional fee, they weren't too pushy about it and I feel like they were honest.
