My son is a mechanic, would made the proper repairs, including brand new front brakes. He doesn't do state inspections, so I brought it here to have that part taken care of. When she pulled my car out, she said it passed, but needed brakes. Upon asking whether it needed front or rear brakes, she couldn't tell me. Funny part is, the brakes work great, and the rears are currently still fine. If it needed brakes, why would you still pass me? Did the inspection technician not inspect the requirements? Highly disappointed, will not be returning again.

Couldn't believe we had just bought it with how bad it was mechanically. Drivers side front wheel hub was so badly rotted it literally fell out on the lift. Also needed new struts, control arms, sway bar links, front brake calipers, radiator connection completely rotted, as well as a bunch of other minor things. (Now I know why they were so persistent about being able to inspect it there as it NEVER would have passed anywhere else!) AC turned out to be the compressor Davis "replaced" was plugged in wrong. Even the passenger headlight bulb connector (which was deteriorating and the clip broken) was filled with dielectric grease to make it work instead of replacing the connector. I purchased this vehicle for my kids and Davis knew as we talked about it, yet they still sold it and put an inspection sticker on it knowing it was completely unsafe! Dont trust these people. They will happily lie to your face.

He lied about what I was signing and stole $6000 and my trade in. When I called after realizing what happened, he claimed I knew what I was signing and that it was too late. He is a liar and a thief. Hayden lied to me as well. I see why he is divorced. I only signed because they lied. I have to refinance through my bank because when I showed them the paperwork, they looked sick and confirmed what they did to me was absolutely criminal. I will be taking necessary actions.

I have a 2011 Cadillac SRX so I have spent hundreds over the years to maintain my vehicle. Before I had my car towed I called the dealer and they were going to charge me almost $200 just to look at the car. I had the car towed to my house till I could decide what to do. The tow truck driver recommended Mullen Auto which is about 1/4 mile from my house. I checked their reviews and called them immediately. They could not look at my car for two weeks but I was willing to wait. I had my car towed to Mikes garage and they even looked at it a little sooner than planned. It was a starter motor! Since the check engine light was involved I thought for sure it was the transmission. I have been in Pembroke for over 40 years and have never brought my vehicles to Mikes garage. He now has a new lifetime customer!!! Incredible service, reasonable prices, great organized and clean operation. Mike is a great example of how a business should be run! I think that Andy's tow truck driver was sent my way for a reason.
