Berlin's shop was very experienced, carefully reviewed the scope and quoted prior to doing the work so I could prioritize and schedule services accordingly. I am very happy with the work quality, the shop interaction and value is unmatched. I have owned and driven BMWs and Hondas on the south shore for over 30 years and I am grateful for the quality and integrity of this shop!! The owner is professional, experienced and invested in his work and service level and value is far above the level of service at my Honda and BMW dealers where the past few years particularly dealer mis-diagnosing and overselling services is standard, ie last year when I simply needed a new battery from autozone on my Honda CRV the dealer diagnosed a $2,500 bs job which I declined. BMW dealer diagnostic and repair quote was also totally nuts, but that's par for the BMW service course so you need to establish a great independent service shop and Berlins Garage works for both vehicles.

Dropped the car off, but before I left, Sully had already suspected that the issue wasn't a tire thing, but a drive shaft/U-joint issue, which was confirmed shortly thereafter. Figured that it would be both a fix that would take a long time and cost me an arm and a leg... but Sully quoted me a surprisingly reasonable price, AND had the parts ordered and replaced on the vehicle by the end of the day on Thursday, the day after I dropped it off. Said this before, and I'll say it again - for superb workmanship, fair pricing, and superior service, there is NO BETTER SHOP in the area than Sully's Auto Care. This has been my go-to shop for the last three years, and I am profoundly thankful and exceedingly happy that I found them.

He is quick to investigate the issue and explains everything that is involved and lets you know the cost of parts and labor and also his prices compared to everyone else are VERY reasonable! He goes above and beyond and so do all the people working at this shop. Very helpful and friendly, they have integrity which is rare to find these days. When you deal with this shop it's like having your good buddy hook you up and help you out! Honestly I can't say enough good things about this business. When I was lied to by another person about what was "needed" I got a second opinion here and THIS was the correct opinion. It all went exactly how I was told. These guys really care about their customers and their work. You would be doing yourself a disservice by going anywhere else for your automotive needs! I will be going to them always and you would be wise to do the same! Best mechanics around right here!!

They called me to tell me the car was ready, and there was no HVAC problem at all. It was just a glitch in the computer. I find their honesty refreshing in today's market, as there are many shops that will tell you that it definitely was the problem you thought it was in charge you for it Not only are they honest, but they're very nice people to deal with and their work is top notch! I like to do as much to my own vehicle as…read moreI can with my skills and tools available, but when I encounter maintenance or repairs I have neither the tools nor the skills for, I say "screw it" and call these guys. Most recently, Driver's Edge did a fabulous job on my little Subaru Forester. The SUV needed rear brake rotors and pads replaced, and in the process they discovered the source of a rattle from the exhaust system I was hearing around 1,400 RPM...which turned out to be a common issue Subaru Outback/Forester owners face, a heat shield over the exhaust manifold that comes a bit loose and rattles. I was aware of this issue, but unaware Driver's Edge did exhaust work...they called and asked if they could repair it, to which I said "Absolutely!" It was very nice driving home from their shop to not hear that tinny rattling at 1,200-1,400 RPM. I previously had them perform a brake fluid flush when my fluid got too old and that job was done well and quickly also. These folks are super professional and when they diagnose your car and need to take action to repair or replace anything, they give you a call first rather than just throwing the parts on your car and charging for it. Just one tip...Be sure to book 3ish weeks in advance of when you want service, as Driver's Edge is a popular shop for good reason! They not only do great maintenance and repair work, but they also offer upgrade services like lift kits, performance exhaust systems, wheels and tires, crate motors, and more.
