Berlin's shop was very experienced, carefully reviewed the scope and quoted prior to doing the work so I could prioritize and schedule services accordingly. I am very happy with the work quality, the shop interaction and value is unmatched. I have owned and driven BMWs and Hondas on the south shore for over 30 years and I am grateful for the quality and integrity of this shop!! The owner is professional, experienced and invested in his work and service level and value is far above the level of service at my Honda and BMW dealers where the past few years particularly dealer mis-diagnosing and overselling services is standard, ie last year when I simply needed a new battery from autozone on my Honda CRV the dealer diagnosed a $2,500 bs job which I declined. BMW dealer diagnostic and repair quote was also totally nuts, but that's par for the BMW service course so you need to establish a great independent service shop and Berlins Garage works for both vehicles.

I just had my oil changed at Joe's Auto Repair in Whitman, MA…read more I've had many oil changes over the years, but needed to comment on this one. Joe was fast, professional and thorough without all of the nonsense of the "professional" chain store oil change outfits. The oil change was truly priced as $ 19.99 plus tax. Most others advertise $ 19.99 but then add filter charges, oil disposal charges, etc. etc. and ultimately the bill adds up to more than the advertised price. Not so at Joe's. In addition to the oil change, he checked other fluids and topped off my power steering fluid at no additional charge. Seem like a small thing? Well, I know that other places just don't provide that level of detail. So, if you're looking for fast, professional and oil changes at the right price....go to Joe's on South Street in Whitman.

The deal seemed too good to be true and Boy it was. Yes he fixed anything that broke within the three month warranty, which was a lot. Even after that, the suspension is shot the alignment always been off. Need to get new tires. The blower for the heat in air-conditioning blew on the last day of my warranty, Bob did give me the part, but I had to pay to have it installed only six months after purchasing the $16,000 car the calipers came off of one of my brakes which resulted in almost $1000 in brake work. Bob lied several times and said what a great car this was and how I wouldn't have to make any repairs for a very long time. The engine mounts are very loose in the car makes obscenely loud. Sounds when idling. In short on paper it looks like the best XC 90 I had ever purchased but in reality, it is the worst car I've ever purchased in my life Especially being a Volvo, which is usually the king of luxury and comfort at a reasonable price. The suspension is completely shot on this car. It's one of the roughest rides I've ever had. Most of the interior was broken and a lot of the wiring is wrong because random codes just turn on and off whenever they want don't be fooled by the cheap prices in low miles. In Bob's defense, he did fix the bare minimum of what he needed to fix but I personally would never buy a car from him ever go to a real dealer
