The staff at Folsom StretchLab is awesome. Each practitioner is educated with extensive additional training. As a medical professional myself I appreciate this level of training. I feel very comfortable with every staff member I have had appointments with. Every session my needs are reviewed and treatment is tailored to current issues. I appreciate the communication and professionalism of the staff. Bonus- the facility is always very clean. I highly recommend StretchLab Folsom! read more

1st stretch was just ok. 2nd, 3rd and 4th went with Lolo who does a good job, but it kind of goes out the door with how pushy they are with trying to sell you on buying their packages. They try and get you locked into a contract, which I declined (actually they make you sign the contract, then immediately cancel it when you tell them no) 1st red flag for me. After repeatedly telling them no, they keep pushing you to buy more packages, and more or less threatening you that if you don't buy their packages your setting your body up for failure and blah blah blah. The juice isn't worth the squeeze imo. Super pushy, won't take no for an answer, almost like a used car lot! . It really takes away from the experience and leaves you with the impression that it's all about filling their pockets. I have to say it ruins what would otherwise be a great experience. Wouldn't go again based on their lack of respect for your wishes. There are plenty of other great labs that treat you well and don't seem so desperate to push the envelope on you.... PS. I NEVER write reviews! Congrats guys! read more

Amazing place and much more mobility. Shout outs to Kyle, Chris, darina and Lauren who are super skilled and keep me in great shape.

Chris is super amazing. Very professional and courteous. Very considerate of your tension in your body. He does not over exert the body. Very good listener too. Definitely coming back. This was my second time. I'm ready for more. read more

Absolutely insane experience with this company. I entered my contact info on their website and subsequently received dozens of phone calls and text messages, plus over 40 emails. Their therapists must spend more time harassing potential clients than they do actually working. This isn't normal or healthy behavior for a stalker, let alone a business. read more

StretchLab is amazing. I have used the Folsom location for over 100 stretches and would recommend them 100%.

This place is A-MAZE-ING! From the moment I walked in, Dylan (I hoped it spelled her name right) was extremely approachable, made me feel comfortable, and answered all of my questions. She made it impossible for me NOT to try this place. I'm so glad I did, because I got to meet Rachel (I hope that's spelled right too). By the time she is done with me, I feel like Stretch Armstrong, Mr. Fantastic, or maybe just a piece of Airheads Taffy . If you are a very active person (like I am), this place will get you so loose, you'll be chomping at the bit to get to your next session. Try it out! You will not be disappointed! read more

Stretch Lab is Amazing! Dan & Tyler are great... They always ask what's hurting and what part of my body needs more attention. Before coming to stretch lab I suffered with a lot of pain in my neck and hips and now the pain is at least 75% less than it was. I recommend stretch lab to everyone! read more

My first experience was In LaJolla ... I was hooked ! As a travel RN I look for them wherever I'm assigned!!! Checking in at Folsom and will certainly make another appointment after 2 visits in LaJolla read more

Folsom StretchLab and all of their Flexologistsare amazing. I've been seeing Rachel for over a year and she is able to push me just enough to get me limber and flexible again without causing me extra back pain (I fell off my ladder in January). In addition she has a great knowledge of the human anatomy and explains each stretch as well as providing me with home exercises. read more

Absolutely a horrible experience. Book an initial appointment as I received a gift card for Father's Day. Day before the appointment I receive a call that payment is needed before I come in. What a horrible way to start a customer-business relationship. Day of appointment I show up and apparently $20 grip socks are mandatory per the session, which was never mentioned. I say fine and hand them gift card and socks can't be paid for with gift card. In disbelief I still say whatever and pullout visa to find out they don't even have a pos system to process my visa. What a joke. On a good note, the facility appeared up to date and clean. read more

I booked a 50 minute introductory session. Upon arrival, the manager told me they were running about five minutes behind schedule, but not to worry, as there were no appointments after me, so I would still have the 50 minutes. Well, the flexologist finally started my session twenty minutes late. (I really don't like waiting like that). He seemed rather new and unsure of himself, and had to consistently pause and think about his next move. After 35 minutes, he concluded the session. I asked about it, and he said he wasn't watching the clock. The manager then said "No worries, I'll book you right now for a comp session later this week." Well, it is a 45 minute drive for me. No, I do not want a comp session. Sorry, but I will not be a continuing customer. read more

I've been going to Stretch Lab in Palladio for over two years and it's been a tremendous help. So much so I think I've only missed one appointment in all that time. I go in every two weeks and can't give high enough praise to Shawn who knows just the amount of pressure to push me. I have an autoimmune so overdoing anything can derail me for a couple weeks. Both the stretching itself and Shawn as a technician are the best health practice I've ever found. If my muscles are hurting the stretch helps and I've learned a lot from Sean on ways to help myself in between visits. Highly recommend! read more

I don't know how she does it, but Rachel works with the shoulder pain that I've had for years, and she fixes it !! Amazing ! I tell her that she is a miracle worker, but she says she's just helping my body help itself. She is really knowledgeable, kind and patient. read more

Love my stretches with Tyler. I gave StretchLab a try because of pain I was having in my hips and legs. I was hooked after my first session. I told my MD that I was going there and she said I was the second person that day to mention it. I told her to give it a try, too! I stretch twice a week and have noticed a huge difference in the way my body feels when I move. Thanks, StretchLab! read more

Nice and clean set up, friendly staff. Memberships seem pricey but the stretch felt good. Would like more flexibility in the way sessions are used for those of us who travel and have limited availability read more

I suffered with sciatica for 8 long years. In pain every day. After my 1st visit at StretchLab my pain was gone!!! I've been going weekly for a couple months and I feel great. I am so grateful! The pain has not returned once. read more

Great staff. Very friendly and professional I highly recommend this place. It has help me a lot with my Lowe back pain .

I've had 4 25 minute sessions so far. Dylan has been very friendly, professional, and helpful in setting up sessions and making sure that all my questions are answered. The technicians were Nick, Rachel, Alyssa, and Bre. All were good at flexology, using some common and some unique stretches. They've primarily worked on my lower body as I have tightness in hips and legs from running and cycling regularly. I've noticed marked improvement in flexibility and performance along with reduced pain between the first visit and most recent. I signed up for the 3 month package and look forward to weekly sessions at this location. read more

Great location, people, and service. Noticing how loose I feel walking in versus walking out, some days the changes are significant. Other days, not as much. After each one, though, it's easier to walk, easier to move, and I'm noticing I'm in less physical discomfort than before starting this. I'm standing a little straighter and not as leaned forward; I'm also able to open my chest more. Learned I have bi-lateral pec minor tightness, which contributes to rounded shoulders, leading to forward head posture, which creates discomfort in my upper back and elsewhere. I'm now experiencing less of that discomfort. I'm curious to see how time and more stretching improves this. Excited to find out! read more

I enjoyed the stretching services. The flexologists are great. But the service is expensive. Be careful of what you sign up for. They bill on two-month memberships. I stopped going, signed a Membership Cancellation Form, and made what I was told over the phone would be my final payment. The quote was "You will never hear from us again." But they keep emailing me saying I owe them more money. The billing company says the person was not authorized to tell me over the phone that I'd never hear from them again. Again, good stretching service but I am not a fan of how they do business by telling you you're done paying and then they ask for more money. read more

I love this place. I workout all the time with weights and I run. This has been a game changer for me. I used to have hamstring issues and they no longer exist. This isn't a luxury it's a necessity as an older athlete. I loved stretching with Nick. read more

I've had a great experience at Stretch Lab. Going in with Sciatica pain, this has helped a great deal. The staff are professional and friendly. Flexologists Tyler and Dan are both the best. They are super knowledgeable and listen to what you need and tailor the stretch session to your needs. I always walk out feeling better than when I walked in. read more

Joined recently. Great staff. They know how to stretch you to your limit without hurting you. Sounds kinda weird but it's a good thing. I went in to help me be looser for my golf swing. Highly recommend them read more

They are still charging me for unknown fees. Now that will not return my messages or calls. I had to contact my bank to have them stop charging me. Do not enter in a contract with these people. read more

I signed up for the 90 day membership for $300 a month after the $99 a month initial fee. During my 90 day membership I had multiple trainers who were all inferior and finally found Rachel who was very good. I was told monthly that I didn't use my 4 stretches in time and I started a new month losing my stretch appointment. After talking to the person at the front desk they said they would credit my stretch appointment to the next month. After 90 days I cancelled my membership with no stretch advancements after the first 60 days. I was told I needed a 30 day a cancel notice and had to pay an additional month with no appointments. They never let you quit. I paid the additional month with no appointments. I was told I have no sessions left. I was happy to just get out of the scam. Today, 6 months later I receive a call saying I have 4 appointments left on my agreement. This place is like a used car dealership and has no regard for their clients. Buyer beware don't get scammed with low entry membership and the fees keep increasing and the trainers are not at the same level of training. I'm disappointed because I really wanted this to work out and it didn't. read more

I started going to StretchLab in January. Not only do I feel better every time I leave there, my over all flexibility has improved greatly in the first two months. Dan and Tyler have both been a tremendous help to me and given me extra stretching exercises to do on the off days. I highly recommend StretchLab! read more

I had high hopes as one of the first members, but I am disappointed. The initial opening they did not have enough employees and was not doing stretches on the days I was free. The next month comes I find my credits do not roll over and the slots are very limited causing me once again to have burn credits because I can't use them. Unless there staffing improves where there is more availability it is entirely a waste of money. The general manager was not sensitive to my needs as a person that does shift work and has a busy schedule read more

Great service. The staff is really dialed into my needs. I have had a few sessions and the Instructor has great recall of what my problem areas are and how to loosen me up. They all have a deep knowledge of physical therapy and make an effort to explain what they are doing and what they are trying to accomplish. read more

I can't recommend this place enough! I started back in August and have seen amazing results. Coming to StretchLab every week has alleviated my plantar fasciitis and increased flexibility. Dan has been working with me since the beginning and he is amazing! Thanks for helping me work towards my fitness goals read more

I've been going to Stretchlab for almost a year and have seen significant changes to the flexibility of my body as well as stability (I'm a wannabe Irish Dancer). An added benefit is that always leave relaxed and tension free! Now if I can convince them to finish my sessions by throwing a light blanket over me and letting me nap on their tables... read more

Been going here for about a month and have seen great results. Have plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis, heel spurs and sore calves! In addition, I have a desk job for the most part. Mobility has decreased over the years, while pain has increased! Dan and Tyler have both done an excellent job in stretching me out and targeting the problem areas with useful stretching. Both have given me stretches that I can do on my own that have really helped increase mobility in ankles, hamstrings and quadriceps. Definitely recommend StretchLab if you have mobility issues or problem areas that need to be addressed. read more

I have never felt better than since I joined the StretchLab. This was exactly what I was looking for. I have a bad back and this one on one stretching experience has improved my mobility 100%. All of the employees are well trained and eager to help you be your best self. They will give you examples of "at home" stretches you can do for problem areas between your appointments. I've never had a problem getting a convenient appointment that works for my schedule. Easy to book and easy to change if something comes up. Do yourself a favor and go check it out for yourself! You'll thank me later! read more

I recently joined StretchLab after receiving a gift card for Christmas. I am very happy with the decision to join as each session leaves me feeling amazing. Dan Hanndley has changed my life. What a great place for people to go to feel better.

Very skeptical at first but after one visit I seriously noticed a difference. Thank you Dan for making a difference in 25 minutes.

Good experience with the Folsom StretchLab. Flexologist-Tyler, did a great job inquiring about how I was feeling that day, explaining the intention of the stretch and modifying when necessary. Can certainly see returning for periodic single sessions. read more
