Great facility (they'll open up the garage doors in the summer for a nice breeze), great equipment, and great environment. It's never very busy. People are respectful. Nice layout. Three squat racks, free weights up to 100 lbs., and lots of machines. Only issue I've ever had is that one of the stair masters doesn't work. It's hardly a complaint given that I have never had a problem with getting on the other one.

Upon my arrival I was warmly greeted by Beth who owns the studio. There are two classrooms for barre, the first one she showed me was quite big and scenic with an outdoor view while the second was smaller. Beth explained the area a little bit and then I changed to get ready for my class with Stephanie. Stephanie was such a kind instructor and walked me through each step of the movements we were doing from the warm-up to the barre itself, I felt more confident as much as it hurt so much on my first day. I had so man helpful classmates too explain what to do when I got lost which was so nice. It's all about the movements. Those movements were small and big but they really did the job I was looking for in a fitness studio. Finally, after the 60 minutes we stretched and talked with instructor to get to know the studio and pricing a little bit. They offer a child care area but I don't need it right now. They even offered me a great discounted rate to join and I said I would think about it. If your looking for a challenging but do-able workout try barre, you having nothing to lose trying something new!

It was a high energy dance coreo set where she made sure all were included and shined with gusto during the end of class performance. She created a special 'ring of accountability' before and after the class was taught. A true safe space to your bold authentic yourself. This kind of teaching extends beyond one's 'self-care' and exists on a frequency of 'community-care' and supports the 'group mind' of a creative set of artists or people wanting to draw more outside the box. The steam room and sauna were clean and detoxes one perfectly and so does the amazing hot tub and plunge pool duo and while taken all in rotation it was downright Japanese in their easy flowing easy to access layout. For every uptempo aminity there are downtempo ones too. A special shoutout to soulful Elizabeth Brown who taught a mid-day Root Yoga course filled with the best energy and well paced kindness. This is my kind of class, it's solid and restorative in its pacing and keeps the yogi listening without the pressures of comparison. In probably an hour I received a very welcoming reply with the class schedule and asking about my abilities so I wouldn't be in over my head. BJ greeted me, showed me around, and got me set up for the Basics course that was taught by Tyler. Tyler did a great job describing the technical aspects of what he was teaching and got around to everyone making corrections. I learned a bunch. The facility is unreal. Very large, spotless, and well laid out. I hope that someday I can return. Pretty sure I forgot my mouthguard, but that's a small price to pay for a great experience.
