Three squat racks, free weights up to 100 lbs., and lots of machines. Only issue I've ever had is that one of the stair masters doesn't work. It's hardly a complaint given that I have never had a problem with getting on the other one.

This was my second time and I wanted to do more than I did the previous time here. I had the privilege of taking a dance class with the soulful and intuitive instructor named Jenny. It was a high energy dance coreo set where she made sure all were included and shined with gusto during the end of class performance. She created a special 'ring of accountability' before and after the class was taught. A true safe space to your bold authentic yourself. This kind of teaching extends beyond one's 'self-care' and exists on a frequency of 'community-care' and supports the 'group mind' of a creative set of artists or people wanting to draw more outside the box. The steam room and sauna were clean and detoxes one perfectly and so does the amazing hot tub and plunge pool duo and while taken all in rotation it was downright Japanese in their easy flowing easy to access layout. For every uptempo aminity there are downtempo ones too. A special shoutout to soulful Elizabeth Brown who taught a mid-day Root Yoga course filled with the best energy and well paced kindness. This is my kind of class, it's solid and restorative in its pacing and keeps the yogi listening without the pressures of comparison. Elizabeth meets you where you are no matter the level of practice and look forward to booking her class again when I am in town next. The gym is also looking a lot cleaner. Yes, it's expensive, but totally worth it! Lots of free classes and community building opportunities; however it is really confusing about what you have access to based on your membership level.

Upon my arrival I was warmly greeted by Beth who owns the studio. There are two classrooms for barre, the first one she showed me was quite big and scenic with an outdoor view while the second was smaller. Beth explained the area a little bit and then I changed to get ready for my class with Stephanie. Stephanie was such a kind instructor and walked me through each step of the movements we were doing from the warm-up to the barre itself, I felt more confident as much as it hurt so much on my first day. I had so man helpful classmates too explain what to do when I got lost which was so nice. It's all about the movements. Those movements were small and big but they really did the job I was looking for in a fitness studio. Finally, after the 60 minutes we stretched and talked with instructor to get to know the studio and pricing a little bit. They offer a child care area but I don't need it right now. They even offered me a great discounted rate to join and I said I would think about it. If your looking for a challenging but do-able workout try barre, you having nothing to lose trying something new!

The answer to this is being patient. Drive down and find the 'lower' parking lot, jump out and wander under the freeway overpass and that's when you go... 'holy cow, this is gorgeous!!' The lake is so pretty, the paths are well marked. This would be a go to spot during the fall color changes as the reflections off the lake would be pretty much what dreams are made of. Lots of space on walkway that goes all the way around the lake so you never feel crowded. Shows like 1.3miles but I'd guess closer to 2.0 miles but it's all pretty much flat and groomed. If you're ever in this area, plan a good walk with your significant other, put your phone in your pocket, hold their hands and just talk about how amazing your life is with them in it. And don't forget. Listen to what they have to say.

The online…read morereservation site has all the details on lot size, electricity info, distance to showers, etc. However, it's limited in showing different dates, which is frustrating. Anyway, the check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 1pm. We paid fifty-three dollars per night for two adults and one dog, with a six fifty reservation charge. Check-in was easy, and the attendant was helpful; you just drive up to the office, check-in and go on your way. The layout is similar to a subdivision with cul-de-sacs and each spot having its own little yard, making it feel somewhat like camping in the woods. Our neighbors were quiet and most vehicles drove slowly. Everyone we met was pleasant and friendly. The camp itself was clean and easy to hook up. Bathrooms and showers were clean and there was plenty of toilet paper. Large trash bins were available along with gray water stations. The only thing I'd suggest is for the site identifiers to be repainted, as several had faded over time. We visited the beach, but didn't go swimming, given the temperature. The pond is catch and release and seemed maintained and not stagnant. The budget limitations need to be considered before passing judgment. We used bug spray every day and that seemed to help keep the bugs away. The site we booked had a level surface and plenty of room to back in. The water and electrical were easily accessible and worked fine. A lot of campers used an inline water filter. The water quality report is on the park website for anyone interested. The grass was well trodden, making a camp rug a must-have. There was also a fire pit with a grill attached, but we didn't use it to cook. Also, at the time, there wasn't a burn ban. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and we'll definitely return. It was fun to walk down the aisles and see all the setups and decorations and note future camp site options. How many campers are long-timers, it's hard to tell. But we were pleased and our dog loved exploring on our walks.

We didn't finished the whole trail, will definitely come again to try the trail from the other side.
