Made it to Lifetime boulders grand opening before leaving to Arizona!…read more I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and how friendly they are. Your GPS will send you to a parking garage, which is the correct parking garage. The Lifetime pool is to the right of the entrance so if you are looking at the gate of the pool, you're heading the right way. This Lifetime is single story one level and my favorite part is the indoor lap pool, hot tub, cold plunge steam room, and sauna combination. The kitchen here is not a full-service kitchen, so you'll find lots of snacks and easy things like avocado toast. I do love the booths here. They're super aesthetic and comfy. I also like the GTX/ultra fit room. I can't wait to come back to take a class here. Lots of spots open the picture that I took only shows half the room so just double the spots. Double the spots for double the fun!

Every single piece of equipment is state-of-the-art, spotless, and feels brand new. The outdoor pool is amazing and having an indoor pool for winter is a total game changer and a must for Boulder. I was greeted at the front desk by the friendliest guy ever, which set the tone. The locker room felt more like a luxury spa than a gym and was immaculate, modern, and honestly kind of gorgeous. The treadmills were next-level too. They even had a setting where it feels like you're pushing a sled. And the recovery area....Unreal. Massages, deep stretching, pneumatic leg recovery--the works. This is the kind of place you look forward to coming back to again and again. First impressions matter, and this one was straight-up number one. I wish my small town where I live had a luxury like this.

Shoutout to Coach Drew for the hospitality and the great lower body workout that day. Conveniently located at the large shopping center, with plenty of parking.

I first found of out F45 through Lululemon as they are holding community fitness classes here through July. Exited to see that I could enjoy 2 complimentary weeks I didn't hesitate to sign up, secure my spot, and get to it! I had a couple of questions for F45 so I dropped them a note via email and was psyched to get a quick and courteous call back. Awesome customer service! On my first day at the class the owner came up and introduced himself to every attendee and I was blow awaythat he recalled speaking to me specifically. He introduced us to the trainers who were both courteous and professional. One whom I had the pleasure of exercising with previously (Ali! woot woot!) at Colorado Athletic Club Boulder. The space was super clean (gotta love that) and set up for circuit training fun. I was paired with a friend for the duration of class. We did a fun little warm up and then got started on our evening adventure. The music was poppin' - F45 has their own dj's - and their own station - so cool! I felt like I was in a dance club yet I was box jumping, cycling and mountain climbing the night away. We stayed at each station for a set amount of time (brief breaks in between sets) and continued on following the numbered stations throughout the gym. Should I forgot what exercise went with each station I had no fear as the trainers were often near and there were tv screens displaying each activity. At the end of our invigorating 45 minute session we did a group cool down. Really enjoyed my time and can't wait to resume once I return to town. After all it's a different class/circuit each day so you never know what fun will unfold.

The presentation was well presented and even spoke to those with diabetics which my wife has. Some benefits were addressed such as a possible side beneft of weight loss, but that was not emphized. The benefit in that area with a proper diet along with the nutritional and minerals supplements might lead to waist size reduction. We were somwhat reluctant to sign up due to the cost, but decided to do so. As the spouse I would also get a free six month supply of the nutritional supplements and minerals. For me I did not need to lose weight, but after 30 to 60 days I did lose maybe 5 pounds and my waist size went from about 35 inches to 33 inches. In addition several years ago I was diagosed with Afib, congestive heart failure and COPD. The heart doctor currently has me on some six Rx drugs, These Rx drugs had caused constant diarrhea and the doctor said it was something I had to live with. After taking the nutriants for 30 to 60 days, I woke up one morning and the diarrhea was gone and has not come back. Afetr finishing the six month program it was suggested i address the RX drugs I am on to see if the drug dosages can be reduced or in some cases eliminated. So lets say I am pleased with the program and certainly would recommend the program to anyone looking to improve their health and well being. Lewis Nagler Green valley AZ
