I've been to many Pilates studios and classes from here to the east coast and am happy to share…read morethat this is the real deal! The studio is easy to access (from any direction in town) and has a large parking lot. As it's just off the beaten path traffic and parking constraints are not an issue. The studio is sparkling clean and there are always refreshing beverages to enjoy if you forget your water or tea at home. Sometimes there are treats too! Forgot your socks or want a stylish new top or leggings? They have those available too! Bolder Pilates has also been known to have fun events over the years - some in studio and some in local parks. Hooks near the entrance as well as an area for footwear lend a homey feel and let you stow your stuff nearby when attending class. While my first and fave instructor was Lexi I have met many others over the years. The owner, Donna is also a wonderful, knowledgeable, motivating and welcoming instructor. The group classes I've attended had about 5-6 students. Being in a class of this size ensures not only wonderful personalized instruction but also our safety which is very important and often overlooked at studios that just pack em in like sardines. Instruction is clear and the knowledge and expertise the staff have of the musculoskeletal system is evident. Incorporating Pilates into my wellness practice gives me a better sense and strength of my center, posture, and peace of mind. With an improved posture I feel on top of the world and ready to tackle whatever life throws at me next.

Pure Barre as an exercise modality, as well as this particular studio, are absolutely outstanding…read more I joined eight months ago as a mostly sedentary office drone / occasional weekend warrior. It was the hardest workout I've ever done, and that hasn't changed. What has changed is my strength, stamina and muscle tone. I started seeing gains at three months and it's only gone up from there. At 40 years old, I'm astounded at how far I've come in a short time. And the endorphin boost after catching your breath cannot be beat. It's all thanks to the incredible women who run this ship. Every instructor I've had has been top-notch. They run smooth, professional classes and dole out meaningful praise and helpful form correction. I most often take classes with Lindsay, Ayla, Holly and Abby, though I'd recommend them all. The women at the front desk are wonderfully kind and thoughtful, as well. The class formats bring a lot of variety to barre -- from Classic's resistance and Align's stretching to Define's weightlifting and Empower's cardio. They have frequent, reliable class times throughout each weekday plus weekend mornings. And yes, they charge $15 if you cancel soon before class. For me, that serves as a great way to ensure I choose the gym over the couch. I can honestly say Pure Barre has changed my life and health for the better. I'm so grateful to have found this place.

I was told that I had to give…read morea months notice, so I let them know and they confirmed that March was my last month because I payed my membership fee on February 28th. After traveling for the first half of March, I was happy to return and attend a barre class but my app showed I was no longer a member, I called expressing my concern, the front desk associate tried to be supportive but was unable to help me, she told me I would receive a call from the owners later, and I did not. It's now April andI understand my membership is no longer active, my point is, YOU WILL be forced to pay for a month of membership you do not have access to and that's not made clear.

I love that they offered 2 weeks for $69, it's a really great way to dip your toes into Lagree (and…read morepilates if you've never done either before) and also really get a taste of the studio and all the different instructors. This is in the Sprouts shopping center so lots of easy parking. The studio is super modern, clean and has a fun disco vibe. They have bathrooms and offer filtered water. There are about 15 machines in the studio, most classes I've been to have been about half-3/4 full. One 5:30pm class was completely full. I really enjoy Lagree as a workout compliment to the rest of my training, I like that it's low impact and really works all those little muscles you probably wouldn't hit otherwise. I like all the music the instructors play here, it makes the class go a little faster/easier etc., but don't get me wrong - this is HARD! I've been going for a week and a half and while my understanding of what to do when has gotten a little better, actually doing it is still really hard, and I often leave wobbling.

Honestly my favorite workout ever. I've been doing lagree for almost 4 years now and it's the only…read moreworkout that has consistently kept my core, back, and joints healthy. It keeps your muscles long and lean and the music and environment keep things fun and upbeat. Their studio is clean, bright, and so much fun and their instructors are all very well trained and kind. Bonus, it's hard every time, even after 4 years.
