I had my first stretch session last week, it was literally life changing! I've been dealing with excruciating pain in my right buttock from- sciatica. I had the worst day of pain on the same day of my scheduled stretching session and I almost cancelled. However, I was really looking forward to addressing some of the stiffness I have been experiencing as well as some hip discomfort. Reached out to Niki due to chronic back pain and figured a good stretch could help. Massages and chiro can be $75-100 each time and have always only provided brief relief which leaves me frustrated.
