I had my first stretch session last week, it was literally life changing! I've been dealing with excruciating pain in my right buttock from- sciatica. I had the worst day of pain on the same day of my scheduled stretching session and I almost cancelled. However, I was really looking forward to addressing some of the stiffness I have been experiencing as well as some hip discomfort. Reached out to Niki due to chronic back pain and figured a good stretch could help. Massages and chiro can be $75-100 each time and have always only provided brief relief which leaves me frustrated. I booked Niki for a 60min session and ended up buying a 1 month package! She focuses on problem areas, stretches them out (which can be painful depending on your current state but she is gentle), teaches me skills and stretches I should be doing on my own, etc. On my first session she noticed my hips and legs were super tight which was what had been exacerbating the back pain. Had my first session with SB and I'm so grateful to have found Stretch with Niki! SB met me right when I got off of work after an 8hr shoot, so my back was killing me.
