They state "if we cannot fix it, there is no charge to you". These are all lies! Robert Grillo has kept us waiting for over two months for repairs that he was suppose to complete, saying that his partner will not work on our car because he didn't charge us the right rate. He says that he has to wait for a space to open up in his Spanaway shop but keeps scheduling new customers instead of us; which we have already paid for all of the repairs! The Spanaway location is a locked facility and he will not allow customers to go there. He brags about all the other people he has helped in the past and yet doesn't follow through with the work that he has promised to do. He has a location in Puyallup as well at 9918 162nd St. Ct. E. #7, Puyallup, WA 98375. I'm told he is behind in his rent there. Go figure! I paid this guy in full for the repairs but he does not return my emails, calls, or texts. Getting ahold of him is nearly impossible after the initial call to get your business. There is one report on the BBB but it has been closed due to mail being returned. He says that his company is registered with the state but no records are found. I saw no evidence in his shop showing any certificates. Do NOT trust this guy with your car! He lies, takes your money, and makes promises that he does not keep! Remember, if it seems too good to be true, it IS!

My truck as been at the shop now for more than 5 months collectively out of the past 18 months and it appears the warranty for the engine isn't being honored.
