The tour was amazing! This is the cleanest facility I've been through. They really know how to manage the process efficiently and how to treat the animals right in their finally days. He explained why some beef is dried and how the sausages are created. The owner really knows his stuff. All of the meat we got back was packaged beautifully and their sausage and smoked meats were perfect. I only wish they processed poultry :(
