The owner refused to allow the group with a service animal remain in the bar. First she is violating ADA rights and secondly, she could have addressed this in a more civil manner. The lady in the group was trying to have a calm conversation with the owner but the owner continues to be out-of-line. It's mostly standing room only with a few bleacher type seating options. I'm getting old, so standing the entire time has me thinking Celebrity Theater is the better venue for me. The number of people packed into the space seemed excessive, and I genuinely question whether it exceeded fire code limits. People were standing all the way back into the bar area. Navigating through the crowd was difficult, and there didn't appear to be enough room for people to exit easily if needed. I've been to this venue since its 2017 opening and had much better experiences, but this event felt poorly managed. I hope they take crowd capacity and guest safety more seriously in the future.

We stopped in to check out their newest addition - The Melt Lounge (also called Herb 'N Grinds). This lounge area has a coffee shop, art work on display, couches to relax on, and live events. On the night we came here, Eric Wilson of Sublime was playing music with his band Spray Allen.
