Do not trust the Pre-orders. I was told I would be charged if I was allocated an item 2+ months from signing up. It turns out I was charged initially at sign-up. It took 4 emails to try and contact them (1.5 weeks) before hearing back, then another week to finally cancel the order. I am still waiting on my refund (it has been around a week). I would not shop here again--misleading and unreliable customer service. read more

Worst experience. Came in from another funko pop store and had a bag of items and was in the store for 5 minutes and a worker or manager insists we put our bags behind the counter cause he "didn't trust us to shop". If you don't trust your potential customers to shop, invest in some cameras, a sign that says no bag policy or tell everyone as they come in? But the way he went about it was very unprofessional and rude. Seen other reviews on google and it looks like the manager likes to argue with customers who have any bad review on the store. The two guys I dealt with for less then 3 mins were rude and very unprofessional. I came in just to ask how much some collectible items I had and the younger kid said to me, there damaged. Before I could even respond the older guy said well they aren't damage but the boxes are beat up and buyer want them new. The older man also told me I could leave the items there and their toy guy could look at them on Monday when he was there. I responded no thank you. Both of them responded at the same time, bye and walked away. I found this to be rude and unprofessional as I didn't know them and could return with my items at another time. Why would I leave them. As I walked out I said they didn't need to be rude and the older guy yelled at me as I left BYE and I then responded back as I walked out no need to be rude and an ass hole. I wouldn't allow my kids or wouldn't recommend anyone with kids to allow them to go there! There was so many better ways to handle things. First and last time there! Very clean store. Unfortunately they have a no bag policy that I was made aware of that by a very rude gentlemen. I offered to step outside the store, and told him I understand the reasoning to which he muttered "clearly you do not." As I was complying with his request in the first place. Very rude, I was in disbelief and even made my displeasure known by saying "great way to treat your customers." to which he replied "don't worry about ever coming back." In all my years of customer service I have never been so rudely approached an associate/manager in my life, on top of everything he didn't even tell me who he was - and for good reason I suspect after this interaction. read more

Doesn't interact with the customer, gives attitude when spoken to and seems to work their (what look like children) workers to the bone. I came into the comic shop just to browse and saw a poster displayed on the checkout counter that I really wanted. I searched the poster bin but did not see said poster, but the employees ordered several for me and then called me to say it arrived. Buyer beware! I called this store to see if they had a comic that had been released 4 days prior. Luckily they still had one in stock, so I asked them to hold it for me. I also asked for the price and they confirmed that they were selling it for the $4.99 cover price. When I arrived about 40 minutes later, they said it was now $20! I still bought it as it was Christmas Eve and meant to be a Christmas gift, but this was completely unfair. The manager wasn't there at the time, but I called him later and he was very rude. He even sarcastically called me "darling" and explained that I "don't know how things work." Well I do. You call a business for a price and they honor that price when you go to pick the item up. I'll also be curious to see what the publisher tells me about "how things work." I'm pretty sure the retailer who gets the comic directly from them is required to make the first sale at the price listed on the cover. We'll see. Regardless, this is not the kind of place anyone should do business with. read more

Unfortunately this was my second time back here, had an amazing experience the first go round besides the gentleman who commented on the money that I pulled out saying " oh mr. Rich guy huh " , guess I should've taken that as a sign. but this time was different. Went in for some classic Star Wars figures and get up to the register to check out, start talking with the gentleman and mid way through my sentence of asking about another item to purchase he answers the phone, rolls his eyes and starts throwing his hands in the air in frustration with whoever is on the phone. ( very unprofessional) then proceeds to walk away, another worker happen to come over and take care of us who couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Come to find out the gentleman who was " helping " us is the manger named Dustin. Overall very displeased with the service and not even an acknowledgement or apology was addressed or given. I definitely will not be going back and I will definitely tell my other fellow collectors to stay clear of here. So sad and unfortunate that with the shop only being open for a little while now that they treat their customers this way. Definitely lost a good customer tonight. ( Note: the store and other employees may be great but as for the manager Dustin, very unprofessional and makes you feel almost like a burden rather than an enthusiast. ) read more
