Morgan responded quickly, was transparent about pricing, and arrived exactly when he said he would - which, collectively, was better than most of my past experiences with plumbing or repair service companies. He assessed the issue and quickly found the source of the leak after removing some drywall. And though there were some challenges with the location of the leak and the piping, he did a fantastic job and fixed it on the spot. He also thoroughly cleaned the work area afterward, which we really appreciated. Throughout the time he was working on the leak, Morgan was engaging, professional, and really took the time to patiently explain the issue and each step he was taking. We had another issue pop up a few days after with our tankless water heaters, and Morgan was super responsive over text to try and help resolve it. Ultimately, he came by and was again able to identify the issue and fix it, saving us a lot of time and worry. I first met Morgan in 2002 when he was a plumbers apprentice for another local plumber replacing my sewer main in N. Redondo. I ran into him months ago in Hermosa getting breakfast. Recognizing him but not sure why, we struck up a conversation while trying to remember why I knew him? After digging deep into the way back machine it all came back! That punk kid is now a responsible adult. He impressed me by recently obtaining his state license and with his commitment to his trade. We had a gas leak outside the house and the gas company had to shut off our gas until the issue was resolved. Morgan came out, found a hole in our gas line, replaced the pipe and has us pass inspection from the gas company the next day!
