He spent 15-20 minutes on the phone with me answering all questions and being honest about what we can expect with brands, delivery, installation and ballpark pricing for different products (and they don't hike up pricing due to your zip code). Customer service is as important as the cabinets we choose. They have a great selection of cabinets but also have - by far - the best service we've experienced, and we're only in the early stages. I'm so glad companies like Creekside are around!

When I called the office, they said it was poor installation by my contractor. I paid $7000 for particle board cabinets, which made realigning the drawers very difficult. The only solution that was offered by Belmont was to pull the cabinet out and wait for a replacement (6 weeks delay). No one from All Floors and More or Belmont, was willing to assist us by coming to see the cabinet, make the necessary repairs, or stand by us, their customer. They assumed the customer was wrong. Next, it took 5 months for the hardware to arrive, which was way too late. When I was notified it had finally arrived, I asked to return it, and they told me I had to return hardware with 60 days of the order ( which was 3 months before the hardware arrived). These people just want your money and do not stand behind their products if there is a problem.

He definitely made it seem that I was beneath him and not worthy of his time, very condescending. I had emailed ahead asking if they had any countertops in stock. Perhaps this store is only interested in working with contractors, not the average homeowner. Went to another store and was greeted and treated respectfully. I contacted Kaci Woodworks along with two closet companies to get quotes for a new bench, shelves and drawers. I was able to get exactly what I wanted with Kaci at a price that was reasonable. The closet companies gave me quotes for prefabricated and non customizable units that would have left gaps from the walls to the units and would not have looked anywhere near as nice as what Kaci Woodworks produced. The bench, shelves are sturdy and very beautiful. And so much nicer than the rest of my cabinets in my kitchen and bathrooms. The attention to detail and pride in his craft really show from the beautiful paint job to the perfect installation without fillers--Hakim is a true craftsman. I would highly recommend him.
