While I am sure these folks are knowledgeable in their craft, I was very disgusted by the poor customer service. I believe I was chatting with the owner, a senior gentleman. He definitely made it seem that I was beneath him and not worthy of his time, very condescending. I had emailed ahead asking if they had any countertops in stock. Instead of answering the question, I was informed I would need to come in. What a waste of my time, the answer was no. Perhaps this store is only interested in working with contractors, not the average homeowner. Went to another store and was greeted and treated respectfully. I cannot say that I have a review on the products, but I can say that I didnt use them because of the customer service when I entered the store. The radio was very loud, and the older gentleman that helped me did not turn it down. Then when I left, I got barked at by a woman in the parking behind the store. She said that they are going to start calling the tow truck because they are remodeling. I always parked up there when it was another business. Not impressed. read more

They were ok. We were on a tight time line and they promised to have our counter top in before Christmas (they delivered on the promise). The problem I had was their customer service and punctuality. We put our deposit down on a Tuesday and were told we would get a call Wednesday to schedule our template to be measured. We were told Thursday they would be here by 11. By 2 pm they still hadn't showed so we called them. Apparently their Everett store flooded so they weren't coming. The woman claimed she thought she called everyone.. So, we were told Friday instead. Luckily I'm a stay at home mom, I got a phone call Friday afternoon with no warning he was coming! Their office is literally a mile from our house..took him over an hour to get here. After the template was done I again, was not given a time frame for installation. I decided to be patient and give them a chance to prove they had good customer service. This was a bad idea. An entire week goes by and no call. We call again and told they had no idea, and would call me back. I did receive a phone call back and was told Tuesday morning "around 1030, depending if they catch the ferry." Ummm..ok? They did show up Tuesday...at noon. The reason I'm giving 3 stars (instead of 2) is because even though we had to harass them...they did follow through and we are happy with the product and installation. If you aren't on a strict time line, and expect stellar customer service I would skip doing business with them. Oh almost forgot -- they also really irritate me because it claims on their website they have Quartz starting at $49 a square foot...but this is untrue!! I hired Quality after being screwed repeatedly by Home Depot. I decided to go with a small company and do not regret it. A few months back I ordered a granite island top for my kitchen. I did not request to see the slab before it was put in (big mistake) and when it came it was an off color with a design in it that did not exist on the sample. (The quartz company's fault, not Quality.) I immediately said I didn't like it. Ali suggested I keep it and see if I adjust to it. (My other countertop was already gone.) I agreed but never like it so about a month later I contacted Tracie via email (in Everett) and told her I needed a new countertop thinking I would be laughed at. She said she would talk to Ali and after a little back and forth they agreed to replace it. Over a couple weeks I received some pictures and went to the Kitsap store to look at the samples. The second one I looked at I liked. They had a remnant slab in Kitsap, (my island is VERY big) so I checked it out. I liked it. They just installed it and I am VERY happy for a number of reasons. First, that they agreed to replace at no charge! Second, that they did it without a poor attitude but only kindness and best of all, I love my new countertop! Tracie was right on top of the communication. We used email and as long as I checked my email, I would have a response within 24 hrs or less. This company backed their product and not many do these days!! The biggest takeaway is that in the future, if I ever order anything like it again, I will check out the actual quartz or granite that is being put in BEFORE it goes in!! Our Master bathroom was remodeled by Quality Countertops in 2014. We originally went with them largely due to the very helpful designer we worked with. Unfortunately, she left the company a few weeks later. The project was initiated in February, but not finished until November, with poor communication and weeks of no progress. After initially being happy with the final product, we recently noticed a soft spot on the floor outside the shower. Tearing up the (not re-useable) tiles revealed black mold and rot through the sub-floor due to a leak from the shower. The necessary demolition of the shower uncovered improper waterproofing and insufficient caulking around the shower. Additionally, we learned that required permits had not been obtained. We are once again without the use of our bathroom, and looking at thousands of dollars in repair work. Needless to say, we do not recommend this business. read more

This is no longer located in Highway 303, but rather on Callow in West Bremerton. They were an awesome company to deal with. I initially tried a big box store who had a great deal on Quartz countertops; however, due to the sale and the time of season, the big box store's contractor took three weeks to try to set up a schedule for measuring (Summer time is the busiest and not most ideal time to get countertops). In addition, they told us it would take an additional 5 weeks between measurement and install to complete the project. I opted to check this company (now Kitsap Quality Countertops) and they helped me immediately. They got me a great deal on a better looking quartz from the same manufacturer that nobody else in kitsap county could come close to matching. They set up a schedule for measuring within three days and the total time from setting up the schedule, measuring, all the way to install only took a total of three weeks even with a busy schedule. From these previous comments, I was concerned with how the install would go; however, I was delighted to see that they did a great job with the install. They even coached us on the appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques for the countertops. I highly recommend giving this company a chance. The company has two locations (one in Bremerton and one in Everett) and all of the personnel did a great job of communicating with us. read more

We had Quality Countertops Inc. Do a complete remodel of our master bath. They did a great job or so we thought. The first thing that we noticed after the installation was that the shower pan didn't drain properly. Then about 7 months ago we noticed that the shower had a leak. The molding was swelling, the Sheetrock was wet the floor underpayment was swollen and the final flooring was lifting. The subcontractors came out to the house one at a time. The carpenter blamed the plumber, the plumber blamed the Corian installation (Quality Countertops), Quality Countertops blamed the Shower Glass man who in turn blamed the plumber. Even though Quality Countertops was the general contractor, they refuse to take responsibility for anything. Once Silverdale Plumbing stepped up and said that because the shower pan needed to be replaced they would take responsibility for the removal and the replacement of the shower surround (Corian). That's a step in the right direction. Quality Countertops is now trying to tell us that the leak in the shower is our fault because we needed to use a bath Matt, and water leaked out and caused all of the damage when we opened the shower door. If the shower was installed properly, caulking included, if a couple of drops happened to leak out when the shower door was opened, it wouldn't make a difference. For a bath Matt to absorbs water coming from the shower where the leak is, it would have to be 3 to 4 inches up the wall. At this time Quality Countertops refuses to take responsibility and replace the floor underlayment, the molding and the vinyl flooring. read more

We had Quality Countertops install new kitchen countertops and counters. We had several bids from other companies and the bid from Quality was well within our budget. We have had the kitchen installed now just about a year and I was admiring it the other day when I remembered I had not written a review! So, I LOVE the kitchen and found the workmanship to be top notch. We received wonderful customer service as well as excellent installation in the time line they promised. I highly recommend Quality Countertops to anyone looking to update their kitchen and not spend a fortune (although you could spend a fortune if you wanted to as there are plenty of options in all different price ranges!). T.J and John were easy to work with and very helpful with design choices. I wouldn't change a thing about our kitchen! read more

Their products are beautiful but the communication with clients isn't awesome. Also wouldn't suggest the deep drain. It clogs quickly and is a bit of a pain. The staff is super friendly though and quite pleasant to work with! Communication is the main reason I didn't rate them higher. read more

We had two jobs completed by Quality Countertops. They remodeled our Masterbath and installed Quartz countertops and backsplash in our kitchen. They attempted to caulk between the countertop and the backsplash 5 times in the kitchen before I finally hired someone else to complete the job. The master bath developed a leak in one corner which I started to complain about in June 2014. It is now December 2014 and it still isn't fixed. After the plumber, shower glass man and Quality Countertops met several times, the Shower glass was removed and Quality Countertops removed the front piece of Corian. The shower glass is now leaning against one wall and the piece of Corian is leaning against another wall. It has been like this for well over a month. At this time there has been no communication from Quality countertops as to when or even if they are going to fix the problem. The bathroom is now in a state of disarray and unusable along with a bad smell because of the dampness that occurred because of the leak. read more

Our kitchen needed a lot of help so I first contacted a big chain store and they provided us with exactly what we did not want even after several discussions. we wised up and talked with John, Luarabelle, Ali, and Mike at Quality Countertops. Not only did John listen to what I had to say he provided be with several options (some money savers and some quality adders). They gave me options that worked around our schedule (I was fighting a serious health issue). The end product was exactly what we asked for.
