The designer we worked with was knowledgeable and friendly, however, we received a bathroom cabinet…read morethat was poorly constructed and all the drawers faces and rails were out of alignment. When I called the office, they said it was poor installation by my contractor. I paid $7000 for particle board cabinets, which made realigning the drawers very difficult. The only solution that was offered by Belmont was to pull the cabinet out and wait for a replacement (6 weeks delay). No one from All Floors and More or Belmont, was willing to assist us by coming to see the cabinet, make the necessary repairs, or stand by us, their customer. They assumed the customer was wrong. Next, it took 5 months for the hardware to arrive, which was way too late. When I was notified it had finally arrived, I asked to return it, and they told me I had to return hardware with 60 days of the order ( which was 3 months before the hardware arrived). These people just want your money and do not stand behind their products if there is a problem.

OLD SCHOOL INTEGRITY & WORKMANSHIP…read more David's Flooring did a wonderful job on our new house in Issaquah. We are very pleased with the results. From the beginning, Eric and Cole were very responsive & helpful in assisting us with material and color selections and suggested products with superior quality & durability while staying within our budget. After months of shopping around, we decided to have David's team install LVP, carpet and handle all our millwork and casings which included complicated compound angles on our staircase. Their workmanship and attention to detail was very professional and more than met our picky expectations. The old-school honesty and integrity of everyone on David's team was truly refreshing. Eric managed our project and kept it on-time and on-budget. His attention to communication was impressive & timely even at 10pm at night and on weekends. We requested a few change orders along the way and they were charged at straight time and materials without the extra mark-ups most contractors tack on. Adrian was our onsite supervisor and was there every minute of every day. The flooring lead, Sergey and the carpet lead, Hector kept me informed and made suggestions that improved our end result. Over the last 42 years our family has built a number of custom homes and the experience with David's flooring was by far the best and was actually enjoyable. We would/will definitely use Eric and his team again and highly recommend them.

They are family-run business (Serhii, his brother and family members do all the work), Serhii is a great communicator and he responded to my detailed questions in writing very clearly while some other contractors don't care to spend that time/effort. Their pricing is also pretty fair. During the project they worked hard and kept the schedule as promised. During the process some unanticipated issues came up and they showed flexibility and willingness to change the scope of the project and schedule accordingly. They are detail oriented. After we had them reinstall all baseboards there was one place we were not quite happy, they came back and fixed it. The end result was beautiful and it had been a great experience working with Serhii and his family crew! Northwest Flooring is definitely at the top of my list for any of our future hardwood flooring needs!

I was dissatisfied with the appearance of the seams. Nicole refused to fix the issue. I spent over $8000.00 on nice carpet and now, unless I replace at my cost I have to live with two raised seams that are the first thing you see when entering both rooms. So everyday I am reminded of how Nicole at Advanced Flooring and Design refused to fix the carpet installation. This is a berber carpet and the installer laid a seem always highly visible across the entire length of the room. When Nicole came out with a 'rep' they both argued with me that the seam was just fine and in a year it would go away. It didn't of course. To make matters worse I sued in small claims court and the female judge who did not even look at the pictures immediately took her side. So I could not get this carpet replaced. This is a horrible situation and I lost a lot of money. I would stay far away from this place.

They were timely, communicative & very thorough with each step of the process. It's very rare a company would go above and beyond, which European Hardwood Flooring did. For example, we originally had a small piece of a baseboard missing prior to the project starting.
