Sir-I don't want to go back and forth about this issue on this forum…read more I had placed an order upwards of 25k. 1.My builder came to you with these 3 items and very clearly told you that the finish/sheen of these light fixtures is very different from the sheen of the faucets.We could have accepted a slight shade variation but this was way off.The fixtures were mostly unopened except to take a peek at the finish.At this point,you should have accepted it as all products that have not been opened or altered with in any way can be returned for a refund.But you refused to do that. 2.There were no more returns other than this.We had a tentative list of fixtures to be ordered but we had to cancel them because they were backordered and our house inspection was due in 3 weeks. I was going to order more fixtures in future but sadly I have lost trust in doing any business with you.You have to build a long term relationship with a customer.Sadly,that did not happen in my case.

When I said I was just starting to spec potential brands and models, she lost interest very quickly. I guess they must all work on commission - and from the looks of it, probably directly with builders and interior designers. Lee Lighting isn't bad, but it doesn't seem to be built for retail customers. They are VERY old school and that just doesn't cut it these days. Oh, well maybe in Colleyville where they still think they should be pampered.

The new showroom feels like a museum experience. They played great music and the lighting was just perfection. The art that they curated for this was really creative. The large metal Man climbing the rope at the beginning of the entrance was an excellently placed artistic touch. I took so many pictures because it was a draw dropping scene to behold. I'm absolutely excited to bring my clients back. The wood wall vignette was my favorite. Everything in it was gorgeous. They had some really fun fans up that were streamlined and not something I've seen in any other showroom. I would advise you NOT TO USE Hop2it…read more I had a GFCI issue that shut off my refrigerator. I called Hop2it for their expertise. Instead of working my problem, they focused on upsell opportunities unrelated to my problem. 90% of their time was spent looking for and quoting upsell opportunities presented in multiple proposals that I never asked for, and never wanted. Worst of all. They didn't fix the problem. The electrician replaced a GFCI but the very next day, the new GFCI stopped working and I was back to where I started. Despite informing them of this, they have been non-responsive as of this posting. In the end, my problem had nothing to do with the GFCI itself. It didn't need to be replaced. The problem was an 88 cent electrical outlet. If the electrician spent as much time diagnosing this 3 outlet circuit as he did generating unwanted proposals, this review would be much different.
