The staff made false and harmful allegations without first clarifying or verifying the facts. This not only created unnecessary stress but also left me feeling that the environment was unprofessional and unsafe for my family. I believe families deserve a supportive, trustworthy, and respectful experience, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. Negative reviews keep getting removed to misguide parents.
