My home was scheduled for service during a heavy storm, and the technician confirmed he could not spray due to the rain. He only de-webbed the exterior before leaving. Shortly after, I received a notice stating the full service was completed. I immediately checked my cameras and contacted customer service, explaining that the service was not performed and requesting a refund. I was told a refund was not possible because the job was "completed," despite my evidence. I was then told I could only receive a refund if I re-enrolled in services or accepted a discount. Both were unacceptable. When I asked for a supervisor or owner contact, I was repeatedly denied. After going in circles, I finally agreed to send someone out to finish the job--but calling it "free" when I had already been charged is a lie.
