He also worked with our adjuster and answered all of his questions, as well as ours, with complete accuracy and honesty. We chose our shingles and scheduled an appointment to get the roof replaced that day. The crew arrived at exactly the scheduled time and went straight to work. One thing I noticed after they were on the roof was just how quiet they were. I never heard yelling or loud music; just scraping and nail guns. Several of my neighbors have had roofs replaced in the past year and those crews were generally loud. These guys were fantastic. Jeremy was on site all day making sure everyone had what they needed and he was available to answer any questions we had. Jeremy even came back the next week to do a follow-up inspection. The roof looks great and we are extremely satisfied! I must say that without Jeremy's assistance, we would not have known what to do and what to expect from our insurance company. We had other roofing companies to come out and not one of them inspected the roof or took the time to work with us and walk us through the process. He made us feel like family. He promised to get me fixed later that day and he did. The person he dispatched went into my attic and found where the hole was. He went to my roof and patched it with metal sheeting. I had some extra roof tiles and he installed them and removed a lot of tree debris from my roof. It rained hard that night and not a drip got in to the house. Original review: I was given multiple inspectors to choose from and Jason Lovelace was the only one that had a Yelp presence and since it was so outstanding, I felt confident in choosing him. He was easy to reach, responsive and communicated via text, which is helpful in these modern times. Here is what you need to know to determine if Jason Lovelace is the inspector for you: Inspection cost: $425 The roof was not inspected. It was "inspected from the ground only" (and the roof did have an issue and a roofer had to come out.) I feel this should have been disclosed before we hired him as our inspector. The air conditioner can not be tested if the temperature outside is below 65 degrees The inspection lasted no less than 3 hours for a 2900 sq ft home The report was very detailed and included tons of accompanying pictures. The inspector does not cover anything related to termites.
