I had some extra roof tiles and he installed them and removed a lot of tree debris from my roof. It rained hard that night and not a drip got in to the house. I had a terrible experience. I paid for a door in May 2025 costing $2850. The door was not…read morereceived until August 2025 and the company couldn't get the door installed until September 2025. I waited a lengthy time only for the door to have major imperfections. Scratches were on the door and the panel was scared up. It did not look like it was worth the cost. The door came with a battery powered keypad and a key turn lock that had only one key that did not work with the lock. I went back and forth trying to reach Don, which was a waste of time because he didn't answer my phone calls and office personnel didn't answer but when I inquired about getting the door, responses were super fast and everyone was very pleasant. Don only started responding to me when I spoke to Bruce about him avoiding my calls. Don responded with nothing but excuses. We went back and forth for weeks about getting touch up paint and keys to fit the door and I still didn't get a remedy. I had the worst experience ever.
