I called Memphis Roofing and spoke with the owner. He was booked solid for several days out, but was concerned about my situation because more storms were coming that evening. He promised to get me fixed later that day and he did. The person he dispatched went into my attic and found where the hole was. He went to my roof and patched it with metal sheeting. I had some extra roof tiles and he installed them and removed a lot of tree debris from my roof. It rained hard that night and not a drip got in to the house. I believe the costs for the repair was very reasonable as well. I really appreciate their concern , their help, and the results.

It was my luckiest day when David called me back. He was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and effective in solving my problem. He showed up and repaired my roof very quickly. Since I was out of the state, he showed me multiple pictures of work completed. He is very detailed oriented and super helpful. He even followed up with me weeks after job completed to make sure my roof no longer leaks after the rains. He is genuinely kind hearted, most reliable and noble! Then he told me, it must have been while he was in the hospital. That's fine and all, but if your name is on it, it's on you. He's very condescending and just an all around jerk. He blamed everything for the crap job other than himself or his company, wouldn't cover anything or do anything to help even though the roof was only 8 years old. Told me he'd get me a quote to tear off and shingle and guess what- never heard from him again. The first roof he was a 2nd layer which most other companies wouldn't even recommend. Long story short, just stay away from this guy. He'll just make you mad with his attitude up front and then he'll make you furious when he denies anything was done wrong. Easily the worst business owner I've dealt with in the area. Don't believe me, I have the emails and paperwork to back my claims up. Now this guys posts he never did a job on my house.
