This faculty is now Prime Storage. I took the unit last August 2024 when a family member moved in. Got an online special. Within 6 months they raised the price 50$. Within the next 6 months they raised the price again! This review is June 2025, not even a whole year since renting the unit AND they raised the price 2x already! I'm furious. When I call customer service, the representative could care less. She said move or pay. Read the fine print. Be aware, they will do the same again! Looking for a more reasonable storage option now to move into. read more

The experience wasn't great. We stored our RV here and there were numerous break ins. This was brought to the attention of management who took no initiative. In fact, when I reported the break in, the very first response was "we are not responsible for your loss". Understandable, but that should have not been the initial response. They were unwilling to work with law enforcement so the incident went nowhere. When we moved out, I went into the office to notify the staff and a cloud of smoke rushed out the front door. This place is a fucking joke. They raise your rent every year by 10%, even though they don't protect your shit. It's a racquet. If you stay, they raise the rent every year. If you just move in, it's reasonably priced for a place that protects your belongings, but not for this place. My trailer was broken into by a heroin addict (from the methadone clinic across the street) and it was literally parked next to the office. The guy stole a sway bar and my mounting bar and it took me 4 months to get it back. I couldn't use, or even move my trailer until two weeks ago, and viola! I get an increase in rent to $155/month so they can NOT protect my possessions. read more

I hope the man who was working this afternoon really feels good about the way he acted. There is now a little girl devastated that she couldn't get some important items from a bin that she needed for school. We arrived 10 minutes prior to closing. We have a unit right near the front, and would have been in an out in 3 minutes, less time than he spent arguing with my husband. Really there was no need for that. We drove 15 miles to get up here, and we rent 2 units here, and spend $500/month. If I owned this business, I would be ashamed if my employee treated my customers like this. Shame on you buddy. I would have been out and done well before you were itching to punch out at 6. Customer service and chivalry doesn't have to be a dying trait, but I can tell you that it will be the death of a business when this is how the customers who pay your bills are treated. read more

This is a very friendly storage place. The units are clean and well kept. I have a ministry and they acyually help me get furniture for the military. At Christmas time they gave a unit for a month for a Christmas warehose for the military. They are the best. read more

I went in to check rates and deals at this place and everything was reasonably fair. I spoke to francisco and he showed me three different units and tried to help me out. He asked me if i had a budget and i explained to him what i was looking for and he told me about all the security features they have and i felt really secure. Definitely storing my things here. Great attitude and very easy to talk to. The other storage places i went to were horrible.Thank you Francisco and ill be back as soon as i get the ok for my new home. Highly recommend!
