DO NOT trust this man, or this location. when he told me differently from the area manager i knew he was full of shit. i hope ur few remaining teeth fall out and u have to drink thru a straw for the rest of ur life & eat baby food slop.

At that point they have you in a situation "pay or loose your belongings. Horrible customer service, they never stop harassing you especially if you move your belongings after you pay, they always still say you owe them for another month. They are from Ohio with their unfair business practices. Be careful! They should be charged and in jail!!!!

We rented a space for some of my daughter's furniture, for two months in the summer, while she was between leases at UTK. Her possessions were there for 2 months total. 2 months! When we came back to get it, EVERYTHING HAD MOLD. The lady up front said that there was nothing that they could or would do and that, if we had just purchased their insurance, we would have been covered. We did not get the insurance because we were not concerned about a catastrophic event. In my wildest dreams, I would have never guessed that we would get a mold infestation in this place. Below, you will see images of the Mold on the walls. Apparently, rain had just been coming straight into the walls of this place. I told the lady up front that the facility had major issues. She said that the facility did not have an issue and that I should have just gotten the insurance. We are not done pursuing this. This place is clearly being neglected by the owners, and we will not tolerate it. I am posting here so that any future potential customers can see what we saw when we went back to the site to get my daughters items. It is truly unbelievable. I REPEAT - DO NOT RENT SPACE HERE...NO MATTER WHAT. There was so much moisture in the space that wooden drawers are permanently swollen shut. We have rented non-conditioned space plenty of times before. That is not the issue here. This is an issue of wildly unchecked neglect. I have way more photos

After countless calls, emails, and Messenger requests, we have received nothing. In May I was told that I would get money for the repairs after sending them 3 quotes for repair work. It is now October, and I cannot contact them, their voice mailbox is full. If you are concerned about possible damage to your move, or ever being paid for damages of any sort, do not consider this company. But damages do happen, sometimes major. You will never get paid for repairs. I am disappointed with this company.

We hired Muscle Movers for a local in-town move. The move itself was fine. The crew handled the job…read moreaccurately. They got everything from point A to point B without major problems. I paid by Zelle through our bank and received confirmation texts from the bank that the transfer had been sent. Within three minutes of completing the transaction I received a phone call from someone at the moving company. From the first moment the tone was aggressive and accusatory. He insisted the payment had not come through and said I would need to provide a debit card instead. I explained that the money had already left our account and sent the bank confirmation texts, including the initial authorization prompt. He then told me that the bank does not send texts. He continued in the same manner. I provided a reference number. He still continued. Only after I sent a screenshot from the bank app showing the funds had been withdrawn and the payment was processing did he calm down. I understand a small business needs to confirm that payment has cleared. The immediate assumption of bad faith and the persistently rude manner, even after multiple forms of proof were provided, were unnecessary and unprofessional. The moving work was acceptable. The handling of this follow-up call was not.

We had a tight coordination window with a U-Haul U-Box delivery, the kind of logistics where one late call unravels everything downstream. He didn't just show up. He showed up calibrated. The crew unloaded the container, split the delivery between our apartment and the storage unit at the complex, and then without being asked reorganized the storage unit so everything actually fit. That last part is what I'll remember. Nobody told them to do it. They just saw a problem and solved it, which meant we didn't have to upgrade to a larger unit. That's not customer service as a script. That's competence expressed as care, the rarest combination in any service business. Five stars. And I don't give those away.

No solutions. No apologies. I have no choice but to move my cockroach infested things into my new home, which now I have to pay for an exterminator on top of the costs of moving into a new place. I called and left a message asking if there was any way to resolve this (I would think a good business owner would do something about this), but I still haven't received a call back. Regardless if "you can't control what others bring in", you can take preventative measures for infestations and refund people for the unit rent or SOMETHING. All the other storage units I called were not willing to coordinate with a POD drop off and pick up at their facility. They dropped residue on the floor and burned places in the floor. They also damaged a hutch and knocked a hole in the wall at the same time. We had broken dishes, scarred, furniture, and worst of all the manager refused to talk to us for a long time. It was a nightmare of a move and we have moved several times. A few things were eventually repaired but not everything like the ceramic angels from our mothers' funerals that were beheaded. They were triple bubble wrapped and also wrapped withh other packing material and nothing else was in the box with them. There was too much damage to write here.
