Man Cave never called me even though they knew this happened months before. Outdoor storage is not secure. They have a gate with a code and cameras but no information on how 7 RVs were vandalized. I would have understood if they would have called me and told me what happened. I have tried to call them 6 times the last two days and only got voicemail. The gravel base of the parking lot is very dirty and tracks throughout the camper, especially after a rain. I am happy to take my business somewhere else.

The only small thing I would mention is that EXTRA SPACE SHOULD ADD THE OPTION of editing insurance over phone or email (remotely). The claim is that we have to physically be present to subtract insurance, edit and add NEW insurance of our own (in NYS). Our thinking is that we purchased storage REMOTELY without being present (all done 700 miles away). When I go back to EDIT, subtract and add my own insurance this was not possible and the claim was we had to physically be present in the store. In a world of remote transactions done all the time I would think (as a non storage guy) that every thing can be edited and adjusted. I signed and submitted the monthly contract (DOCU SIGN DIGITALLY and remotely) believing after submission this could be adjusted with my insurance DEC page.
