Both are accessible for ingress and egress through their own doors. The security is excellent and the units are modern. To find your unit however can be difficult. The hallways are a labyrinth accessed through a myriad of blue doors. I, myself, don't understand the "why" of this design but there must be a reason. For loading and unloading just bring an number of door chocks. I found this facility to be the most reasonably priced and being in downtown Morristown, very convenient.

I have maintained renters insurance since day one, yet they repeatedly charged me for insurance anyway. When I questioned the charges, staff initially claimed I didn't have coverage, then later admitted they found it. Despite promises of credits, I was still billed incorrectly. Communication is terrible. I emailed the property manager multiple times about rate increases and billing issues, but my questions were ignored. I was repeatedly told someone would call me back, but no one ever did. When I requested contact information for the owner, I was again promised a response that never came. To make matters worse, the unit sizes don't seem to match what is advertised. My "10x20" unit measures significantly smaller than advertised, yet I paid rates comparable to larger units. The constant price increases feel unjustified, especially since there have been no noticeable improvements to the property. The facility advertises itself as secure, but that has not been my experience. There is no complete perimeter fencing, gates have malfunctioned multiple times, and building doors are frequently left open or fail to close properly. I've personally been trapped inside the property due to gate malfunctions and had to rely on strangers to let me out. Security is another major concern. Despite claims of surveillance, there are very few cameras, and thefts have reportedly occurred with little accountability. Several renters have reported break-ins, and I've heard multiple stories of homeless individuals living in storage units on the property. The final straw came when someone stole the gate keypad and access pole before a scheduled move. Neither I nor my movers could access the facility. I called the supposedly 24/7 support number and waited over 90 minutes with no answer. As a result, I had to cancel movers, pay for wasted travel time, rent a U-Haul, and hire replacement help. I emailed management about the situation and never received a response. Between the unexplained rate hikes, billing issues, poor communication, questionable security, and lack of customer service, I cannot recommend this facility.

So i get a call that this company has took over the units and the price of my unit went up to $100.00 a mth . There was no warning at all .I had the unit for some yrs when they took it over. We use to pay cash when the other people who took it over, So we started paying for the storage unit with our debit card that went on for mths then we had a problems cuz they started saying the money wasnt on there they didnt take the money off the card cuz we had a tracer on it that tells u who took the money off ur card , They swore we was lieing this happen lot off and on then we change to another card same stuff happning . We started paying with money oder to have proof well they lie say they never got the money oder.So there was $20.00 latefee all the time way my husbend got paid it always landed us paying late fee but we always paid it . When we moved to Ky they started again saying they wasnt getting the money oders they knew we wasnt in town. So they started racking us threating us sending us so many texs all the time . They had rack our accout up to $500.00 so we had got another card they always use excuse its not going threw we said can we send money oder they said no they wasnt going to let us . So they kept telling us our storage was going up on altion to be sold. We had everything in this unit to kids stuff everything we owned we had got old off them top see if they work with u said no by now they r racking us for $650.00 they said they was going to sell it was notthing we could do .
