The website has some serious flaws. Not user friendly, poor Kelsey, who works the front desk can barely do her job b/c the website and their systems keep failing. Seh literally hates her job bc the company's systems do not work. Making her life hell. We tried to order a key fob, their system failed so could not order that, we tried to order another shed online, cannot even do that, website is failing and would not work. I see also of bugs on their website they need cleaned up. The investor needs to look into upgrading their programs and their technology, as it is not working. Not easy to set up. This company needs to seriously update and upgrade. LETS GO PEOPLE. GET IT TOGETHER. ( I own storage unit facilities myself, however mine are 3 hours away from where I live, or else I would just use mine!) - Carly W. read more

This place is absolutely top notch!!!! Not only is everything high tech with the newest state of the art Bluetooth capability getting into the units, you get their 15 foot moving truck for free for 5 hours. They have a special on their 10x10 which was perfect!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! read more

Since I have moved in my rent has increased 50%. Might be clean, but with raising rent and not honoring the agreed contract. This place is a scam. read more

They definitely have great move in deals and low prices to start. If you plan to rent for just a little while, it's a good spot to do so. If you need long term storage, your rent will increase rapidly to where you are paying quite a bit more within a year or so. My $95 unit is now $145 and is going to increase to $156 shortly. If you have to take their insurance, it's even more. read more

I was extremely upset (not at the service people) because the problem would push the date of the move back at least a week, probably two or more. One of the service reps was on the phone to the manager and had the problem cleared and my move remained on schedule. The following day the trailer was being attached to my car when it was discovered that my trailer hitch had been installed for a bike rack so the appropriate electrical work for the brake and turn signal lights had never been done. Since I'd never used the hitch or pulled a trailer before, this was another problem and, again, their customer service was outstanding. I was ready to go within a short time and I could have hugged them all for being so supportive and helpful. The manager, Robin, made everything work for me and I will forever be grateful for their efforts on my behalf. This move was especially stressful and they made it work. The cleanest, most high tech, nicest storage facility hands down. I'm renovating so unlike a pod, I can stop by anytime to grab something I need. The Bluetooth app opens all doors. It's climate controlled, motion light censored, and super clean and safe. I moved on a Saturday and was surprised how many people just store their bikes, or camping or hobby gear and pop by to use and return later. It's just such a nice place and the lady that set mine up, I think the manager, is so pleasant and friendly. Most importantly, I feel my furniture is stored so well in a climate controlled, pest free and clean environment. Highly recommend StorCo! read more

What a great place. Everything is well lit and clean and they don't even use the old style lock and key system. Totally futuristic with allowing you to get into the building and your storage area with a phone program that you can even share with the other people in your life that may need it. The owner Jame's is a great guy that also works with the community as well, so you get both a great place to store your things, but also a business that believes in bettering their city.
