This was a very stressful move and Josh was immediately calming and easy to talk to and work with when I talked with him about booking his services. He kept me apprised of their schedule and his team arrived on time, unloaded everything quickly and were very good about noting any damage that occurred on the pod before the team touched it so we were all on the same page. They were careful with my furniture and followed through on their promise to set up my bed for me which was a Japanese platform bed and a little complex to assemble. So grateful for all their help!
