i've visited this place quite a few times but im highly disappointed because yesterday i put a $20…read morebill in the change machine and only 4 dollar coins in return. the machine "out of service" light lit up and i was unable to get my other 16 coins that it owed me. no one is ever on duty at this place im surprised its still up and running. i usually dont complain about lost money but $16 couldve got me a few more washes. who do i contact to resolve this issue? the website link is inaccurate and the phone number to call always says "user busy" like come on we have to be a little bit more professional now.
