The owners are both very kind and kept in contact to make sure my unit was still being used, so my auto -payments wouldn't continue without my knowledge. Anytime I called with questions, they were quick to answer the phone or get back to me if I left a message. My roommate and I moved all of my stuff out of my unit at 9:30pm one night, and by 9am the next morning they had called to thank me for my time using them for my storage needs. We only sat there for a few minutes but in those few minutes a man that worked there came out and asked if he could help in any way and offered his assistance very kindly. We thought he was going to tell us to leave his parking lot but he didn't. A couple minutes later another man came out and offered to help or buy us coolant to help.
