We only sat there for a few minutes but in those few minutes a man that worked there came out and asked if he could help in any way and offered his assistance very kindly. We thought he was going to tell us to leave his parking lot but he didn't. A couple minutes later another man came out and offered to help or buy us coolant to help. With all that being said, it was a stressful situation and they made us feel safe and not hopeless. If you need a storage service, use these people.

Very convenient and reasonable prices, but be sure to reserve a container if you plan to store your things over summer or are planning to move to Lubbock between June and August--pretty much all storage places are full during those months. When we moved here from Dallas our apartment wasn't ready for a few weeks and it was a little stressful finding a storage place with an opening in the middle of August. I rented a storage unit, 10' x 5' from A-plus storage. I was charged more than they adverised, but…read moreit was move-in fees etc. I asked, what will my monthly charge be and was told $40. They charged me $133. I called to dispute the charge and they told me that was the price I agreed to. They sent me a contract that shows that price but my signature is on another page. They are saying I agreed to this. I was not, I specifically asked and was told $40per month. This is a 5x10' outdoor storage unit! They literally call it the Coat Closet. On the form, besides it being a separate page than the one my signature is on, all other amounts are circled except the $138 price. I'm elderly and had to pay $100 to a mover to move my stuff in and cannot move it without hiring another mover.

We returned today to move our stuff over to his apartment only to find lock cut off, the unit ransacked, and about $700 worth of stuff missing. Maintenance man reported other units had been broken into and there were no security cameras installed on the units. I left a voicemail with the front office and still have not heard back from them. We have also filed a police report with the LPD. I'm not impressed with this place or customer experience. I will follow up on this post later....

Not only did A-Plus Super Storage on Clovis Road decide to charge my card for a total of $232…read morewithout my consent, they did not inform me of the total until I came into their location to complete paperwork and conveniently left the receipt on the very last page. After informing them that this price is way higher than I expected it to be and I needed time to consider, the lady at the desk informed me that she had already charged my card PRIOR to my knowledge of the total it would be charged for. This is a gross misconduct and I would warn everyone to never do business with this company especially at this location as they do not care for their customers.
