They charged me $133. I called to dispute the charge and they told me that was the price I agreed to. They sent me a contract that shows that price but my signature is on another page. They are saying I agreed to this. I was not, I specifically asked and was told $40per month. This is a 5x10' outdoor storage unit! They literally call it the Coat Closet. On the form, besides it being a separate page than the one my signature is on, all other amounts are circled except the $138 price. I'm elderly and had to pay $100 to a mover to move my stuff in and cannot move it without hiring another mover.

I felt safe while there and I felt that my items were safe while I stored them there. You can set up an auto-payment online, which was very convenient for me. The owners are both very kind and kept in contact to make sure my unit was still being used, so my auto -payments wouldn't continue without my knowledge. Anytime I called with questions, they were quick to answer the phone or get back to me if I left a message. My roommate and I moved all of my stuff out of my unit at 9:30pm one night, and by 9am the next morning they had called to thank me for my time using them for my storage needs. This place was great and the owners alone are reason to come back. I will definitely recommend them to any friends and be returning if ever needed.

I made a reservation for a 26' truck, I was given a pick up time and a date for our move across Texas. Two days before our move date, I get a call that they don't have a truck available. My next available option from a U-Haul Representative (good ol' Tammy) was to drive 2 hours away to pick up a truck. I will never be using U-Haul again for their lack of communication at the reservation, not knowing their inventory and returns (or even worse knowing and still promising a truck).
