I rented a storage unit, 10' x 5' from A-plus storage. I was charged more than they adverised, but it was move-in fees etc. I asked, what will my monthly charge be and was told $40. They charged me $133. I called to dispute the charge and they told me that was the price I agreed to. They sent me a contract that shows that price but my signature is on another page. They are saying I agreed to this. I was not, I specifically asked and was told $40per month. This is a 5x10' outdoor storage unit! They literally call it the Coat Closet. On the form, besides it being a separate page than the one my signature is on, all other amounts are circled except the $138 price. I'm elderly and had to pay $100 to a mover to move my stuff in and cannot move it without hiring another mover. read more

Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. They raised the price to twice as much because I was a day late paying. Not worth the price and the staff is insufferable. read more

The storage unit was nice but the staff are not customer service friendly. I always felt like I was imposing and annoying them when I interacted with the staff. I will not be using A Plus Storage in the future. read more

Very friendly and thorough service! When we called to get a quote on a storage unit Eric greeted me. He was very informative and answered all my questions. Their rates are very reasonable and affordable. They have over 20 different sized units and even climate controlled ones (air conditioned with humidifying abilities). Erik asked me how big of unit I would need and I honestly had no idea. I described the items I was wishing to store in there and he seemed very confident that a 10x15 unit would be perfect for me (2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen table with chairs). They also offer a 10 dollar discount if you decide to rent a storage for 6 months or one whole year! I'd really recommend this place for anyone needing storage!!! read more

This business truly cares about their customers and our needs. I wouldn't rent anywhere else as this is the one and only place for storage in Lubbock, Texas. When I rented a storage building at A-Plus starting over a year ago, I was greeted with enthusiasm and genuine appreciation for renting with them. HL and the team found me the right size space for all of my things which fit perfectly. The convenient keypad entrance and cameras at every turn make me feel very safe and secure no matter what time of the day or night I am there. I had a storage unit at the Slide Road location. They were fabulous. Clean, easy access and secure. The staff was informative, very helpful and friendly.
