We only sat there for a few minutes but in those few minutes a man that worked there came out and asked if he could help in any way and offered his assistance very kindly. We thought he was going to tell us to leave his parking lot but he didn't. A couple minutes later another man came out and offered to help or buy us coolant to help. With all that being said, it was a stressful situation and they made us feel safe and not hopeless. If you need a storage service, use these people.

My guys loaded the trailer and drove across town to the location Affordable Storage told us to. And LRC would not allow them to dump a trailer. So Affordable Storage charged an extra $125 for this. It was not the city dump. I find this to be a crooked way of making money! First don't tell someone they can do something and it not be true. I felt safe while there and I felt that my items were safe while I stored them there. You can set up an auto-payment online, which was very convenient for me. The owners are both very kind and kept in contact to make sure my unit was still being used, so my auto -payments wouldn't continue without my knowledge. Anytime I called with questions, they were quick to answer the phone or get back to me if I left a message. My roommate and I moved all of my stuff out of my unit at 9:30pm one night, and by 9am the next morning they had called to thank me for my time using them for my storage needs.
