Not only did A-Plus Super Storage on Clovis Road decide to charge my card for a total of $232…read morewithout my consent, they did not inform me of the total until I came into their location to complete paperwork and conveniently left the receipt on the very last page. After informing them that this price is way higher than I expected it to be and I needed time to consider, the lady at the desk informed me that she had already charged my card PRIOR to my knowledge of the total it would be charged for. This is a gross misconduct and I would warn everyone to never do business with this company especially at this location as they do not care for their customers.

We moved into the new house this past week and it went well. One issue - after getting all of the boxes into the house and most of the furniture it started to rain hard. Mark suggested that rather than get the rest of our furniture wet, they could come early the next morning and finish. That was awesome, saved our furniture from getting soaked and we appreciated it. Good job!
