The manage John sat with my AGM and I for about a half hr and answered all of our questions. He was super friendly and personable. The website has a lot of issues inluding the menu does not function and statements about "climate controlled" are misleading. The facility is only temperature controlled to 75f in summer which is far too warm, in my experience of other companies across the US. The hallways are far too narrow and access is too far away from the units making unloading difficult. The automatic door is one nice feature. There should be more access to the building instead of one door in and out. The rents are very high for this or any area. These are some the highest in the country-higher than California, even. With little to show for the cost. The inside of the building seems to be clean but the outside is not. Trash blowing around everwhere. I am sure this review will not be seen by the company as there is no way to keave a review at the website but hopefully it provide critical info for a consumer to look elsewhere. I will be moving out as soon as possible. JS, current renter
