Musty smell and barely adequate climate control. The final straw came when they raised the rate by 60%. The only notice of the rate increase was a small generic looking text-only postcard sent in the mail. Beware of this shady tactic if you're not expecting your rate to get jacked up exponentially.

Why did I give ESS a 5 star rating? Because things can happen along the way during a move and one…read moreof them is having the right size unit for your items. Even though it was closed on Sunday I was still able to access the unit and even though the unit was too small the Online Staff was able to correct and put me in a larger unit. The next day I was informed there was an issue and they assisted me in correcting the issue on Memorial Day!?!?! I felt we were a team, I felt they were working for me not against me. It is rough out there in this world, trying to do this and do that from one day to the next. I would like to thank Russ. ANd they were having a sale and I received a lower monthly price for my unit as well. WOOOO HOOOO!!!
