I'm highly impressed with the cleanliness of the place, the security in and out of the building, the cameras throughout the building. I like that some units are inside and temperature controlled. Not what you expect from a storage unit business. The employees are so easy to work with and very friendly. As we were waiting outside on a very hot sunny day, the employee brought out bottled water for us. So kind. This place was recommended to us by a past client of theirs and we will definitely recommend this place to others as well. They are outstanding!

Unsure if it could be done we called Joe at Warners moving and storage in Red Lion. He came out right away, took some measurements and said he thought they could do it. Jeremy, Nate, and Bobby showed up and absolutely worked magic. They were fast, careful, and knew what they were doing. I couldn't recommend these guys more highly. We felt lucky to find them.

Facility is clean, well presented, and can tell him and his employees care about their facility. They have outdoor and indoor units, and can store RVs or vehicles. The website has a lot of issues inluding the menu does not function and statements about "climate controlled" are misleading. The facility is only temperature controlled to 75f in summer which is far too warm, in my experience of other companies across the US. The hallways are far too narrow and access is too far away from the units making unloading difficult. The automatic door is one nice feature. There should be more access to the building instead of one door in and out. The rents are very high for this or any area. These are some the highest in the country-higher than California, even. With little to show for the cost. The inside of the building seems to be clean but the outside is not. Trash blowing around everwhere. I am sure this review will not be seen by the company as there is no way to keave a review at the website but hopefully it provide critical info for a consumer to look elsewhere. We had a mix of many different things - from old, worn furniture, to old electronics to old paint and many other miscellaneous things. After doing some research, we found AIS Junk Removal. I spoke to Anthony who was fantastic. He was very accommodating, reasonably priced, on time (even a few mins early!), flexible and very easy to work with. He took everything away and was extremely fast. Can't say enough about him and his service. Will DEFINITELY use him again when needed.
